Perfect nail & spa — Attraction in New York

I’m sure your work is amazing for others and you work hard especially during the pandemic but time management needs to change. Legit left this place extremely unhappy with the time I could have used to run my other errands but I decided to treat myself and I’ve been coming here for a while.

I called the day before asking if they do walk-ins or is it appointment based since I’m sure things have changed. I was told it’s all appointment based which I asked for a 4 o’clock appointment. I got there 10 mins before my appointment and signed my name and waited. Even met a friend randomly as she was also on an appointment.

A few people are taken inside and it is now 4:20. Ok not too bad with timing and my friend got seen but if you have other things to do especially pay for parking now you have to check the meter to make sure your good on time as well. As I’m about to get up and leave at 4:45 I get called in thinking ok they’re gonna start with me since I’m being called in. Lies & deception.

I’m sat in the back area for the pedicure part first thinking ok great a chair is ready for me but there’s still 2 others that need to be worked on. It’s 5:10 now. I’m annoyed and still haven’t been seen and my appointment was at 4 o’clock so I use the massage chair at least 3 times while I’m waiting. I decided that at 5:40 I’m walking out if I’m not seen. Of course I get my belongings together and I guess someone notices I’m leaving and says “oh your next!” & I say “oh I’m leaving”. As I’m putting on my shoes I had someone a 20 dollar bill saying thanks for the massage chair I appreciate it and walk out.

At this point I have no reason to visit this establishment again. Please fix your time management and not have your future customers make unnecessary appointments that...

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced. My SnS nails chipped less than 24 hours after getting them done here. I’ve been coming to this place for a year and the staff always has an attitude. But this time it took the cake.

I went back to the salon the day after getting my nails done(24 hours later) and showed them my chipped nails and I was told it was my fault and that I picked my nails- this was not true and SnS doesn’t chip. I asked them to fix it politely and they told me to come back tomorrow- obviously not wanting to fix it. I sat down and told them I would wait because I literally have a flight to catch early in the AM. When they finally got to me they told me that they couldn’t redo their mistake and just started to put clear gel on top of the chipping. I told the lady that was doing my nails to please fix the design and that I would tip her for her time because she wasn’t the one who do my nails the day before(mind you I had paid the day before $130 which included a $20 dollar tip). She said no, because they close at 8pm, mind you it was 7pm and just continued to put clear gel over the nails.

At that point I asked for a full refund, and they proceeded to rudely tell me there was a no refund policy. I asked for the manager or a phone number and they told me the owner was in china. These people were so disrespectful. Never coming here again and I’d advise you not to. Even though the design are usually great you will not be treated nicely here.

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! And I've been going here with my mom for YEARS (since I was a little girl until a teen) and I never write reviews so this is how you know im serious about my review.

I went in to get a pedicure which is usually what I would go for anyway. It was going fine until the jet of the foot spa malfunctioned and wet me completely and come to find out later my socks which were extremely soaked. Now I wasn't upset at this because I know this was purposeful I was given a towel but still I felt uncomfortable since I was wet. The paint job wasn't the best my nails weren't really shaped evenly. But again I wasn't completely mad about it the job got done but I've seen better yk?

The problem came when I had to pay. Now I am a teen I didn't really have enough money to tip (although the pedi wasn't to my satisfaction) I payed with my card and the owner or person in charge of ringing me up kept asking me why I didn't tip... making me uncomfortable because I didnt have enough money to tip.. they made it seem like it was mandatory to tip . I told her to I didn't have the sufficient funds to tip. And she asked me if the nail artist did a bad job and I said no not neccesarily I just told her that I didn't have enough to tip. She then proceeded to snatch the receipt out my hand and shoo me away with her hand it made me feel embarrassed and mind you I've been going here for YEARS. I will never go back after this unprofessional behavior and I highly suggest not to go here after this display...
