Purchased on: Groupon (check their website because the prices and specials are lower if you book directly from them) Date of service: 11/28/2024

I frequently get massages, and I would not recommend this massage parlor at all. To begin with, my masseuse was highly unprofessional. When she started massaging my glutes, I immediately told her I didn’t want or need that area massaged. Despite this, she removed the towel covering me, pulling it all the way down to my knees until I had to pull it back myself. This was completely inappropriate and showed a lack of proper protocol. A trained and experienced masseuse should know how to properly drape a client to ensure their privacy and comfort. More importantly, they should understand which areas should not be touched without explicit consent.

Beyond that, her technique was severely lacking. Instead of providing an actual massage, she simply glided her hands over me, prompting me to tell her multiple times that I needed a proper massage. I didn’t pay $100 for someone to just slide their hands up and down my back.

That said, toward the end of the session, the masseuse working on my friend stepped in to work on me and did a much better job. She checked in to ensure I was comfortable and asked for feedback on her technique. While I initially considered tipping her for her efforts, I changed my mind when she directly asked for a tip. Tipping is optional, and it is unprofessional to pressure clients...

My experience was unfortunately very negative, matching a few other reviewers. I also noticed after the fact that this spa gives a discount for posting positive reviews.

My partner booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage for me. When I arrived, there was no receptionist to confirm, but I was taken into a massage room and asked to change. In the middle of changing, a masseuse walked in without knocking, made a comment about my body and also touched me without my permission. I confirmed that I was getting a deep tissue massage.

After the massage began, the masseuse left without notice and was replaced by another. Neither masseuse was performing a deep tissue massage, but I couldn't communicate with them to get this across, nor could they effectively communicate this with me. This second masseuse left to answer the door, answer someone else in the hall, and was overall very distracted. I certainly didn't receive an hour-long massage.

Worse, when I left to pay I was berated for not leaving a tip that was large enough in the opinion of the masseuse, who was in disbelief that I wouldn't be leaving a $20 tip and actually argued with me.

The massage was below average, the service was atrocious. I recommend listening to the actual humans posting here, not the...

I want to give this place 5 stars after my Ultimate Pampering Facial&Body Package but I just can’t.

The lymphatic massage was amazing and the facial has left my face feeling the best it’s ever felt. And the body massage was so good, it was really body work but she didn’t a-lot any time for my lower body. I received no time on my legs or feet.

I have a disability and it leaves my ankle and calf in need of a massage to help function. I have been in so much pain, I am so disappointed.

Not to mention there was a third person in the room watching the whole time. I would hope they were learning but no one said a word to me about it. It was uncomfortable at certain points.

Also, my friends and I booked online which takes a $5 deposit and it wasn’t applied to our bill and they couldn’t understand what we were asking for.

If you would have asked me while I was in there getting worked on I’d say it was 5 star experience but I don’t know if I can return after this. It makes me sad, place has...
