The fact that I even had to select one star to write this review infuriates me because it is undeserving and untrue. I don’t like to blast any business with negative reviews, it is simply not my style. I have only ever felt compelled to write positive reviews after wonderful customer service until now. I made many fair attempts to mediate concerns privately and directly with the owner of this business. It was pathetic & a waste of time and energy to say the least. This business is ran by unethical, inhumane, and deceitful “men”. The representative I dealt with pretended to be resolving an issue with me for 2 months (when he responded). I was PROMISED resolution and he even went as far as pretending to be in contact with Mazda, updating me with “progress” and with each “phone call” to resolve an issue that left me with an outstanding balance. When I finally called Mazda myself, they adamantly told me they have never been in contact with this leasing company to resolve this balance. The balance was also due to this rep never offering me gap insurance and then lied out of his mouth and claimed he did but I declined it! To top it off, the company owner had his back and said he has record of me declining it! I never even heard of gap insurance until this balance was brought to my attention by Mazda. This guy actually had the audacity to threaten he would send “signed documents” to the better business bureau if I made a complaint. I NEVER signed anything to decline gap insurance so riddle me that. In addition to this disgrace of events, I never received my license plates and I am nearly 4 months into my lease. When expressing frustration through email about this, the owner actually had the audacity to respond by mocking me with his team included in the email, as if my complaints were invalid or irrational. I don’t even blame the representatives in this company for their incompetence and unethical practices. They are being bred by the absolute worst type of “leader” I have ever encountered. They take your hard earned money and wipe their hands clean of any issues that are a result of their bad practice & business. If anyone is wondering if they should do business with this company and would like evidence of what I am writing in this review to help you decide, please let me know. I would be more than happy to show text messages and emails. I still have the $5,000 balance with Mazda and still do not have my license plates as I write this review. I am also comfortable with sharing that previous to this lease, I have had more fortunate experiences with this company but realize it was due to pure luck that nothing went terribly wrong. When it came time for this team to own a mistake, take accountability, and resolve a matter, they failed with the utmost disrespect and dishonesty.

He also privately emailed me and referenced my job and title in a threatening manner and then relentlessly emailed me after I asked him not to.
