I was recommended to come see Peter at this studio for a redo of a piercing. Initially I got a piercing done on a whim and after almost 10 months the piercing would not heal. My friend recommended I go see Peter, I texted him prior to, explained the situation and he addressed the situation over text and asked me to come in. I came in, he evaluated me and told me he’d be able to re pierce me while another piercer told me it could not be done as it would never heal. Well lo and behold, my piercing is going on a year after piercing it with Peter and has healed beautifully. I was even able to change the earring already.

Back in April, I went back to Peter with my cousin to get Tragus piercings. I had previously had my tragus pierced when I was about 15, so about 17 years ago. That was the most painful piercing I’ve ever gotten and it didn’t last more than a week because it got infected. Sure enough I decided to go back to Peter and consult. Peter is amazing he evaluated my ear, told me he could pierce me in the same spot and he did. It came out perfect and has been healing so nicely. My cousins too, she was so happy with her piercing. Also it wasn’t half as painful with Peter as it was with the first time I got it done.

Lastly , my Tragus is now 6 months healed, and it healed so well that I was playing with the earring and tugged it too hard and the earring came out, I tried to replace my own earring and hurt my piercing in the process making myself bleed and have pain and be unable to put an earring in. Of course Peter to the rescue, he had me come in evaluate me, clean it out, and put a new earring in for me. It was painless, my earring is back in and secured and back to healing perfectly.

I don’t normally write reviews but studio 316 Tattoo & Body Piercing deserves it because they are exceptional! They have a beautiful selection of body jewelry and best of all they are open on Sundays! I ran into this gem on a Sunday, thank goodness.

So first things first, originally, I got my nose piercing with a gun at a random jewelry shop (BIG MISTAKE) because after a month, the piercing started to sink in because the place that I had gone to originally had used the wrong type of earring to pierce my nose, and they had also pierced it too tight (please don’t ever get a nose piercing with a gun it will always end up sinking after a month as explained to me by the body piercer, Peter).

Also, always go to a professional piercing shop it’s better to get one straight from the experts than to just get one at a random spot the way I did.

However, (drum rolls) this is where studio 316 Tattoo & Body Piercing comes in — luckily Peter was a lifesaver and was able to fix it with a titanium pin.

This place provides sanitary and great professional service. Peter is meticulous and patient. You won’t even feel a pinch or any pain whatsoever. Peter was so gentle in removing the old nose piercing and adding my new one. I honestly couldn’t even believe how quick and painless the process was.

In addition, he also does a great job of explaining the proper after care on how to take care and clean your piercing along with instructions via text as well. He also follows up with you to make sure that your piercing is healing properly.

Overall, really warm, friendly, sanitary and professional atmosphere. I highly recommend anyone to come here if they are looking for a spot to get a body piercing. Plus, they also have reasonable prices. Someday, I’ll get a tattoo...

I got my anti-tragus piercing done with Peter in February 2021. I was nervous to get it, but wanted something different and Peter provided me with all the knowledge in regard to this specific piercing (healing time, care, etc). Knowing the risks, I still went through with getting the piercing. Peter works with care, and he pierced my ear gently and there was no bleeding, considering the thickness of the area. The healing process for this piercing IS CHALLENGING, and you HAVE to keep up with it. For me, it took almost 2 full years to heal completely, but it’s so worth it. I went through multiple healing bump stages, irritation, swelling, etc… I went back to Peter some months after initially getting the piercing, and he gave me a powder to help with the healing bumps, along with other care tips to ensure further proper healing. It’s a less common piercing and I always get compliments on it. I 100% recommend getting a piercing with Peter. He is knowledgeable and offers the best advice. I recently went back with a friend who wanted to get a few piercings, and Peter suggested that I try a new earring for my anti-tragus, since I have never changed the earring since it was pierced. The pictures shown are with the new earring, fully healed. Thank you Peter!!! Definitely will be back in the future for...
