I have visited over 160 arcades all around the United States. This place is by far the most RIGGED arcade in NEW YORK. Most of these reviews are written by employees of the arcade aka the woman who stands in front. They have friends and family taking photos as if they won prizes from there but they didnt win anything. I witnessed alot of scamming when it comes to this place, what claw machine clamps down on a item and fully releases it (claw opens before going back to prize shoot). DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS! EVERY SINGLE MACHINE IS RIGGED. I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS ENCOUNTERED THESE RIGGED MACHINES READ OTHER REVIEWS. I SPENT 50 BUCKS I WIN A ATLEAST 20-30 PLUSHES EVERYWHERE ELSE BUT ONLY 3 HERE? EVERY MACHINE DROPS THE PLUSHES MID AIR! The claws grab the toy fully but re-open once they've grabbed something in the air before going to the prize drop area. fully when Only two machines in this place werent rigged but they had 25 cent items in it!! THESE MACHINES ARE RIGGED OVERALL!!! I've never felt so cheated out of my money! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE YOUR POCKETS WILL THANK YOU. Also, I noticed the owners and employees watch everyone in the store awkwardly! Beware of FAKE Reviews written by the owner/employees! They had 6 kids sitting behind the woman hanging out doing reviews notice how most of them are cartoon avatars and if you go to the place you will see the photos of the same people working there in the reviews with 5 stars. Place is a scam worst experience I've ever had at a plush arcade. It figures they're in roosevelt queens had to drive 3 hours to get there and theres No parking! I have a claw machine in my home and know how they work. The claws are rigged in each machine!! Owner doesnt give refunds! Employees are doing Reviews! These people need to be shut down asap! If you want to loose money and feel annoyed this is the place to visit....

This place is a lot of fun. Best to do the $50 deal for 70 coins. Each token=$1 before the deal. games are 1-3 tokens depending on the item. I just want to say that no arcade place ever refund tokens so the previous reviews don’t make sense. So buy whatever amount of coins you are ok with parting with.

Has lots of different variety of prizes and gachapon balls. The balls are funny, won a nail clipper and a kitchen pourer. They’ll also exchange the item for a different one in the same machine if you ask. I really like this bc sometimes I want a different color.

The strength of the claws are mostly fair. Really had a lot of fun and love that it’s on Roosevelt. Don’t have to travel all the way to flushing or the city.

Place is super clean and bright. Staff members are nice. They sell mostly thermals/water bottles, wallets, figurines and kids toys. No blind boxes unfortunately. Highly would recommend if you got the crane game itch and I think worth the amount.

Won everything pictured for $50. They gave us a bag to hold the prizes which is backpack shaped and helpful on our walk back. Plus they’re soft and decent quality.

Games are Rigged! No Refunds!! Owner does not give refunds on tokens they sell and will lie to you and say you can get a refund after you put your money in the machine all they do is point to a hidden sign saying no cash refunds!! I spent 100 dollars and only was able to get a key chain! Claw machines pick up the item and releases it mid air before even making it back to the prize shoot. Owner has their friends doing reviews behind the counter. ( I seen them on google adding reviews), while they were laughing and eating!!! Every claw machine is rigged besides one machine which has dollar tree toys. Beware go somewhere else your wallet will thank you!! Employees were also taking photos holding toys from the machines in a plastic bag as if they won it!! This place is a scam!!! Owner also watches all the players play games which makes you feel uneasy creeped out!!
