My experience today wasnât what I or my daughter expected it should be. First the waiting for cleaning took forever and I felt it wasnât done correctly. The hygienist just brush the teeth and really didnât do a good job. She didnât floss the teeth like my previous dentist office and didnât take her time. The dentist exam her quickly and was told that a referral will be given. I didnât get a referral or a goodie bag for the cleaning and check up. As we were leaving the waiting area which is small was filled with other patients and they only have one receptionist. At the end of all of this we will not be returning to this dentist at all and will be going back to Kids Only Dentist in Queens BLVD.Good day Everyone, Iâm writing another review for this dentist's office 12/10/22. This review will be for the unprofessional staff members. I made an appointment for my daughter last month for today at noon. I never received a phone call to confirm the appointment. I called today to confirm and to make another appointment in case they made an error but this wasn't an error. They purposely removed my appointment for my daughter due to the previous review. I called the office and was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes. Then to have them tell me they will call me back for an available appointment. I received another phone call but this time it was Dr.Lee who said the front desk made a note saying you need to speak to me. He asked why I needed to make an appointment and I told them it was for a check-up. He then proceeded to tell me that my review was read and if I was sure I wanted to see them. He continues to advocate for his hygienist who received her credentials from a foreign country. Now I wondering is she the only hygienist there. Were her credentials evaluated by the Department of Health or Dentistry. Dr. Lee again proceeded to ask me if I was sure I wanted to come back. This comment made me feel uncomfortable and I was thinking my child will be harmed due to the previous review. I quickly made my argument and I refused the unprofessional service. I will not be going there. Also due to COVID this place shouldnât be so overcrowded with patients. In the end, I made my appointment at a professional place Kids Dental office.    Read moreLittle T dentistry was such a pleasant surprise!! Very professional, welcoming, and accommodating staff. After our usual dentist office cancelled my children's scheduled 6 month check up and cleaning last minute with no availability to reschedule, Little T was able to accommodate us and give us an appointment next day so that my children did not have to miss the maintenance of their teeth. This place was so clean, organized, and has kid friendly decor throughout. The dentist took the time to go over x-rays with me and was open to answering any questions or concerns my children or I had. He talked the children through the whole process making sure they were comfortable and knew exactly what he was going to do next. I'm usually very skeptical about switching providers because it's hard to find quality care and service, but they did not disappoint!!    Read moreTerrible place !! I had my son scheduled for a cavity filling and teeth removal for the beginning of January. They wait until I leave work early, pull my son out of school early and drive all the way there pay for parking to THEN tell me my sons insurance has been changed and they still are not accepting it. They tell me they will begin accepting it in February so they reschedule me for today 2.10.22. Mind you my child is in pain. Fast forward to yesterday, the office calls me to confirm my appointment for 2/10/22 and mentions nothing about the insurance still being an issue. Today comes, I have made arrangement at work to be able to take him and they call me last minute to inform me they still have not accepted the insurance.
