My experience in this building has been negative to say the least. I have been living in this building since June 2016 and I cannot wait for my lease to be over to leave it.

I would like to talk to you about some of the people you will be dealing with if you ever had any idea of moving in this place:

  1. Amanda, the leasing agent, is all kind and nice when she needs to sell you the apartment. Too bad she fails to tell you all the little rules and restrictions that in this building are many.
  2. Philip Jauch, the building manager. He is supposed to help the tenants whenever there is a problem in the apartment. If you exclude the routine fixtures (a light bulb or similar), he is of no help whatsoever.
  3. The handy men. Generally speaking they are nice people, with little if nothing willingness to work. They do their basic chore and call it a day. What you call a service of a LUXURY building. On this topic, they are ALLOWED by the Building Manager to do "side jobs" that the tenants have to pay handsomely. One of these jobs was to install two chandeliers on the high ceiling. First detail is that there is no power in the ceiling, so you have to have wires run up the walls and in the middle of the ceilings to make it work. Too bad that if the wires fall down the ceiling - as these handy man are only interested in the money you gave them and not to do a good job - the Building Manager PRETEND he didn't even know of the side jobs (when each handy man has to sign a form that then he has to sign as well to "approve" the job) and he basically tells you that you need to solve your problem yourself.

All of the above is just an example of what I had to endure during my year in this place and paying the exorbitant rent of 6,400 USD a month to get NOTHING. No amenities. No service if not the usual concierge service (the pick up your deliveries for you). I am sure that there are better way to spend your money. Stay away...

Excellent... 666 has it all. Beauty, Style and Class. The design is unique into itself. The building has an Elegance that is simply incredible. The apartment layouts are spacious and inviting in a way, that tenets can go from Lavish to Contemporary to self uniqueness and create a true sense of Style.... Simply can't stop enjoying the Beauty and Awesomeness of the...

I have been a tenant for multiple years and Rockrose does an excellent job. Carole Achille is the best and continues to be very helpful every year. She is very knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, and always makes sure that the current residents feel appreciated and are happy at the property. I am very grateful for all...
