My experience was miserable. This institution is a clubhouse. There is no learning taking place and you should only expect to find politics and vain displays of self-righteousness. Many of the seminarians and faculty display reprehensible behavior inside and outside the seminary. GTS was formerly the flagship of the Episcopal Church, it is now the flagship of the crumbling mainline which will cease to exist within a generation or two.
Do not go to seminary here. Do not let your Bishop send you here. There are other great faithful seminaries...

I wanted to take my adult daughter. The person who opened the gate was rude and made my daughter never want to enter any religion establishment.
