Always enjoy coming to Theatre Row . I love the intimacy of the shows and there never seems to be a bad seat in the house . They have a nice refreshments area where you can sit and hang out some before or after the show . The building is also very accessible to everyone . I saw a variety of people using walkers , wheelchairs & canes maneuvering around the space easily . The staff that works here is also very nice .

From their website here are a few more deets on Accessibility.

theatre Row is located at 410 West 42nd Street (between 9th and Dyer Avenues). Theatre Row Rehearsal Studios are located at 411 West 41st Street (between 9th and Dyer Avenues). The building is easily accessible from the A/C/E at 42nd Street-Port Authority and 1/2/3/N/Q/R/W/7/S at 42nd Street-Times Square. It is also a short walk from Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Box Office Hours

The Box Office is available in person and by phone Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-5pm at 212-714-2442 ext. 45. The Box Office is open for will-call beginning two hours before the show.

Ticketing inquiries may also be sent via email to boxoffice@theatrerow.org. Visit our On Stage page to purchase tickets online. Online ticket sales end one hour prior to the curtain time for each performance.

Accessibility

All six of our theatres, our lobby, and our lounge are accessible for audience members. There are elevators available to all floors.

Accessible restrooms are available on the 2nd Floor and the Lower Level. Restrooms with changing tables are available on 2nd floor. All patrons are encouraged to use the restroom that best represents their gender identity.

Assisted listening devices are available at the Box Office for Theatres One, Two, Three, Four, and Five.

Please contact boxoffice@theatrerow.org with any specific questions or requests.

Hope this helps ❤️ See You Again...

I traveled two hours from Connecticut to see Owen & Mzee with my two year old daughter. There is a theater policy that children, beginning at age 2 must show a negative COVID test. When informed of this fact, I was told there was a van outside that was performing such tests (I know what you're thinking, this doesn't sound odd at all). I was told that the policy was on my purchase confirmation email. I pulled up my email and it was not. I was then told it was on my ticket, so I pulled that up too and it was not. Finally I was told the truth: it was on the website. I went back to the website and double checked and it was there, although I question when it placed there. However, it is possible that I overlooked it, considering I have never been asked that my daughter receive a COVID test. I had to express that I was not comfortable with the idea of taking my daughter anywhere outside of her pediatric office for medical attention. Unfortunately, I was unable to see the show or be reimbursed for the gas and tolls for my trip. I have never went ANYWHERE in the world during this pandemic where my two year old needed to be tested for COVID in order to gain entry to an event. I have seen the Lion King on Broadway and they do not have such a policy. You would think a theater off Broadway with much less people traffic would not have something like this in place. Considering the fact that this theater houses off- Broadway shows that cater to an audience between 2-7, you would also think this policy would be very clear and explicit everywhere so that it is not overlooked, as opposed to nestled in with the usual COVID policies that we have all become accustomed to. I wonder how many parents of toddlers comply, especially those visiting New York with...

Would give more stars if I could! Brought my daughter to see Winnie the Pooh this past weekend and it was wonderful - great theater, convenient location, friendly staff, and a great show.

But the real reason I'm writing this review is to thank the staff for being so accommodating. My mother had purchased VIP tickets as a special treat for my daughter (who is not quite three and loves Winnie the Pooh). Fifteen minutes before we had to get on the train from White Plains, my daughter started throwing up. Though she was feeling better within an hour or two, we had to miss the show.

We reached out to the theater by email not knowing if anyone would even respond on a Saturday morning and we got a response within a few minutes. The staff worked with us to transfer our tickets to the next day. Since there were no VIP tickets available, they even refunded the difference in ticket price. Though we were bummed that my daughter didn't get to meet the characters after the show, we were so thrilled and thankful to get to see the show. On the day, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and the venue is great. We'll definitely be...

Really enjoyed The Winnie the Pooh show here. The theatre was easy to find. Very close to times square. I'd recommend trying to find parking a couple blocks away for more reasonable priced parking. We paid about ~ $65 for parking which was less than a block away. I know there were parking lots a little further that started at $32 or try reserving parking in advance. Other than that, the theatre staff was exceptionally nice, the theatre is small so seats were very close to one another, they do require having covid vaccine and ask for vaccine cards to check upon entrance (which did make feel safer). Thankfully this was a 2 pm show so the the theatre wasn't extremely crowded. Every seat has a great view of the stage. We sat right in the middle light 3rd or 4th row in and it was perfect. Had a perfect view of the whole stage. Would definitely watch another show here again.

It’s like a “cineplex” for professional off-broadway productions and we are talking Theat(re) not Theat(er), it’s like those switch in letters make all the difference, and at the Row it kinda does. Backed by all the theatre unions and organizations that make the Big Apple the place for theatrical performances, Theatre Row is a great place for any type of audience member, including those new to the craft. Theater Row is specifically hosting a run of Ronnie Larsen’s The Actors which is a true testament to the talent and clear eye for laughs and fun that Theater Row is continuing to build! Check it out for yourself!!! #theatrerow #offbroadway #theactors #nyc #newyork

Came here to see a wonderful performance of Winnie the Pooh. The staff was so friendly. It was easy to find and the whole place was great. If you get a chance to see any performance here, you will so enjoy yourself. The neighborhood is good and being near the Times Square area there will be a lot to do and see before and after your show. Street parking is not easy to find unless you get super lucky so just pay for a garage but be prepared to pay a good penny. And if you are reading this and want to know if the Pooh musical is great, well it is. It will warm the hearts of all pooh fans big and small
