Read moreTypical deli. I am not one for the old school 79's- 80's furniture. Some people might like it and call it even cozy. I gave 3 for atmosphere, because it is not for me. It wasn't uncomfortable and the fridge with all the goods in looked tasty and delicious. Food wise it delivered what I expected, but it wasn't over the top. The latkes were so- so, and despite I ask for sour cream on the side they put it right in the middle. I wouldn't go abck again, but I would not hesitate to eat there if I am around and I'm hungry. The owner has responded to me just now, saying that he didn't realize he had to impress guests with his furniture choices and then continued to make cheap fun/pun on my last name. I'd like to tell him/her that one of the criteria is atmosphere, and furniture qualifies under that criteria. Perhaps he/she should pay more attention to details, before start bullying people who post an honest review about the establishment- I highly recommend you start advising your staff to pay more attention when customers ask for sour cream on the side. 3 out of 5 is not a bad review - if you want better reviews, perhaps invest into your business. It was a constructive criticism, but I will for sure never eat at any of your locations ever again. Read moreI ordered on door dash and paid extra to order from here instead of a closer bagel place because they had the honey bacon sriracha cream cheese I love. However when I got the bagel I instead got this nasty bacon scallion cream cheese instead that tasted super garlicky (I think that’s what it was but I’m still not sure). I tried contacting the restaurant via DoorDash and was told there was nothing they could do even though they gave me the wrong order. The smoothie was okay but overpriced for the size and quality. Will definitely not be going back.
My response to the restaurants first response: I said in this review I tried contacting y’all through the app, which is how I ordered it, and was told there was nothing you all could do. So I did try MULTIPLE TIMES and yall did not come through. I had no idea I was expected to also call your store itself on top of it (if that is the case you should indicate that on the app) 😂 another pretty passive aggressive response from a company, which i’m getting really tired of 😭 just own up to the mistakes instead of continuously shifting blame onto the customer.
