BEWARE FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! I was really excited for my visit here and I was looking forward to having an excellent teeth cleaning. While the receptionists are friendly and the hygienists are too. The dentist is not at all. The first thing he says when he sees me is to open my mouth and recommend that I buy Invisalign. Let's note, he didn't bother to ask if I had any previous work done or anything. When I let him know I have had orthodontic work, he starts criticizing my teeth and saying they are not good enough and I need more work. He then takes out a sheet of paper looks at it for two seconds and tells me the Invisalign will be 4,000 and I can go on a five month plan with very vague information. I had questions I wanted to ask before going through with such a large payment, but he only seemed to care about me giving an automatic yes and not help me understand the plan better. When I asked for more info about paying this plan, he told me to go to the front desk to receive more information about it. I went to the two ladies up front whom were very helpful about it, but almost too helpful. At the end of asking about how much I would be paying, I realized that the information they were asking me for was not for their office, but approving me for a credit card. I had no knowledge I was having my line of credit run and I was highly upset once I found out that was the case. They insisted I sign an application form, and I told them I am young and need to ask my parents before signing any form. Immediately, one of the receptionists began to act like she didn't speak English well, when she spoke it perfectly fine before. I then had to call my grandmother to help me get the document back with all my personal information on it that they were forcing me to sign. When trying to figure out why I was being forced to sign the information, they kept beating around the bush and informed me that "it doesn't matter if I signed this form, I can choose not to use the credit card and they will close the account". They already knew I was young because they mentioned my parents after running my credit (NOT BEFORE). They prey on young patients who come in and try to get them to sign up for things they know they are unsure of and act oblivious when the parents call. So after all of this, I ask to please have the application form back because if its my credit card I should be the holder of the application form, not them. They refuse to give it to me and make a copy. I said a copy would not be good enough and that I needed the original. *** At this point I was speaking to the Dentist in a private room. I then get a bit frustrated and said, if you will not allow me to keep my original and copy I would like to cross my signature out. He then snatches the paper out my hand and holds it up in the air saying he will cross my signature out for me. I let him know that he is not authorized to make any changes to my signatures and that I should be doing so. Dr. Ripa finally gets fed up and then takes my copy and rips it up in my face and tosses it at me and tells me "here take it". I was in awe that a "Doctor" would act in such manner towards his patient and I began to take that behavior personal. I saw it as discriminatory and just. way out of line. I am now filing complaints with the appropriate offices, because after reading other negative reviews, I realized there was someone else with a similar story. By the way, they bribe you with a free teeth whitening by asking to post a good review to Google. You only get the teeth whitening if the review is five stars. Attached is a photo of the ripped up paper he handed me. I have kept it just to upload to this review!

I recently visited Trump Village Dental for a dental check-up, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The office itself is clean and modern, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The waiting area is well-appointed with a calming ambiance, which helped alleviate any nerves I had about my appointment. The dental professionals at Trump Village Dental were not only highly skilled but also took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and involved in my dental care. They were attentive to my concerns and addressed them with care and expertise. I appreciate the efficiency of the appointment, as they managed to provide thorough care without making me feel rushed. The attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort at Trump Village Dental truly set them apart. I highly recommend Trump Village Dental for anyone seeking a positive dental experience. It's evident that they prioritize both the oral health and overall satisfaction of their patients. I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs.

Came in a few days ago to ask for getting my teeth in shape for the new year. Yulia the front desk, girl. Made a consultation appointment for the next day. Came in today got my pictures taken. I usually have a very bad experience with taking x-ray images. Because usually doctors or assistance shove that thing right in your mouth. But today’s dental assistant, make sure that my mouth was comfortable while taking the x-rays. After the x-rays spoke to Dr. Richard, which is a new doctor that I’ve seen here. And he was amazing because he explained a lot of things that was going on with my teeth and the Solutions I needed to ensure a proper cheese formation . Very happy with today’s service.

Would not go back had extremely deceitful visit here buyer beware!!!

I’m young adult in his 20’s who isn’t insured and I started having pain on side of my mouth. FounD this place off groupon and it was local, it looked nice, and reviews were good. I got for 42$ a cleaning, exam, and x/rays. Turns out I had two cavitys they found and they explained they could take care of it for 150$ Per tooth (Which isnt bad to be honest) I agreed, scheduled another appointment.

Fast forward to the following week I had An apt scheduled for tuesday I had reschedule it due to family emergency to a friday in the evening. I get there and lady at front desk is super confused to see me and says you cancelled your apt? I explained to her several times I diddn’t. Plus why would I show up to office if I cancelled something. Anyway they end up taking me go to office to have procedure and everything seems good till lady goes “OH you actually have another one I just found” now if i got examed and x ray how would the first lady not find it and now suddenly did now? Because I wouldnt Of came and paid if that was case bc im young adult 450$ is lot to lay out its half my rent. Anyway I agree reluctantly and let the lady Who is doing the procedure know I have pain that hasnt been addressed. She notifys the guy who im assuming is the doctor and he comes in totally not friendly at all looks for two seconds taps me on the shoulder and said gum surgery looks like thatll be an additional 450$ so i said hell no im okay thank you. Lady finished up everything I went to pay on my cc card and then they tell me they charge 3.5 transaction fee for using it so the total came out to 467$ I paid relucantly and got hell out dodge.

What...

Let’s get real, nobody goes to a dental office for a pleasure. Some of us have fears from childhood traumatic memories of dental treatments or unpleasant experience in our past. Some of us have dental insurance or financial issues. Best of us do right things and get regular cleanings and treatments. I’m one of the worst. I did not show my teeth to a dentist for over 20 years until it was almost too late. I choose Trump Village Dental for three reasons: it is in my insurance company network, my husband had a great experience there, and I liked reviews online. My experience was so good that I decided it’s my turn to share it. Any office starts with a front desk. It’s clean. Receptionists are pleasant, polite, accommodating, and patient. They are professional in how they look, talk, answer the phone, and solve issues. I never waited more than 5-10 minutes. X-rays were done. Plan of care was discussed. Next appointment was scheduled (the office is open 7 days a week!). No time was wasted. Following visit – dental cleaning. It was done by Helen, an amazing dental hygienist with lightest hands possible. Every X-ray was reviewed and explained. Helen described in details what process led to my dental problems and what treatment is available and how it works. Provided education was clear and visual. I decided to do periodontal laser treatment, and despite all my fears and anxiety, my experience with it was very good. Helen gave me all support and breaks I needed during the procedure. I did not feel any pain. Post-procedure instructions were understandable and useful. In conclusion ... :) I highly recommend Trump...
