Bernie Robbins Jewelers — Attraction in Newtown Township

I went to Bernie Robbins Jewelers with my wife to look at Rolex watches. I was greeted at the door by a sales associate, Keri K., who was very polite and attentive, without being pretentious or intrusive.

Bernie Robbins is a high-end jeweler, but Keri made my wife and I feel very welcomed.

Everyone in the store followed COVID guidelines which helped me and my wife to feel safe making a very important decision about the purchase. We were able to take our time, and Keri and the manager took their time to answer all our questions.

When we settled on the final purchase, they were just as excited for us as we were. They congratulated us on our purchase and explained to us how they are available down the road to provide any necessary maintenance or cleaning the watch might need. Keri prepared the watch for me to wear out of the store. They also prepared for us an appraisal to be sent later. And Keri offered her business cell number for any questions we might have down the road.

They were also very patient while completing the transaction. I needed to call my bank to facilitate the purchase, and it took a little while and a few tries before the purchase was approved. They were consummate professionals throughout the process.

My wife waited patiently and perused the inventory during the transaction. After we left, she commented on a lovely bracelet she had seen and we decided to call and make an inquiry. We returned to the store and Keri assisted us with a second purchase!

We are so pleased with the two pieces we purchased. We feel like we got first rate, top notch treatment to go with our exceptional pieces.

Bernie Robbins is now our go to place for our jewelry needs.

My boyfriend and I were recommended to Bernie Robbins by a close friend and made an appointment to go ring shopping back in the middle of February. We met with both Barbara and Clint. My boyfriend told them prior to us coming in that I was interested in a hidden halo setting. When we arrived at our appointment Barbara had every hidden halo setting they offered in store waiting for us to look at. She was so patient and let me try on every single band I wanted to see. She answered my hundreds of questions and showed us different sized diamonds within our budget and let me compare each diamond to one another as much as I wanted. She was so kind and not pushy at all. There was a specific band I was looking at online that I wanted to see if they could put a hidden halo on but they didn’t have it at the Newtown location at the time. Barbara said she could have the band to the store within hours for us to see but we had plans later in the day and made another appointment a couple days later to come back and see it. When we came back for that appointment we met with Clint. He was just as kind and patient as Barbara. He helped us decide which band to ultimately go with. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the best decision for us. My boyfriend proposed this past weekend so I finally got to see the finished product of the ring and it is everything that I could have ever dreamed of. The customer service we received went above and beyond and Barbara and Clint made the buying process so easy and effortless. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of my engagement ring from Bernie Robbins Jewelers! I highly recommend this Jeweler as your FIRST and ONLY stop. As a first time customer, they made me feel so incredibly valued. I presented them with a tight timeline and they delivered. They not only provided me with regular updates every couple days, but they had my ring ready ahead of time!

Brad was incredibly respectful, patient and knowledgeable. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed to go beyond my budget. Brad was completely genuine and wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

When I entered the store for the first time, I was immediately met with a smile and firm hand-shake. Brad looked at the designs I brought and ensured me it was possible to make whatever I had in mind. When I wanted to increase the carat/weight, beyond the marquise(s) in stock, Brad called me in 24-36hrs the minute they came in. He had several amazing options all with the best possible cut, clarity and carat of what I was looking for. Selecting the right stone was easy and stress free.

On display they had plenty of unique ring settings. It was great to physically hold and examine each one. While I was thinking about having a custom design, they made a CAD 3-D generated model within a day or two for me to view. Although, I choose a different setting than what was designed, they were flexible and went above and beyond to ensure it was made in time.
