Newtown and Richboro LE have always made me super happy every time I am in the store! Growing up, I have always loved calico critters and rainbow loom (which are sold at this store still!) About a year ago, I got into collecting Squishmallows! They have always had the best stock and the employees are super helpful and fun. Recently, I have been upset seeing other reviews about the employees being liars. I have never heard anything like that from years back! I believe it is hard right now due to Squishmallows being in such high demand. Customers are not as open-minded as they should be. I have always said nothing but good things about this local business. Working in retail is difficult with stock, shipments, etc. and I totally understand that! I cannot base my opinion on facts that I do not even know! I believe the employees here do their best for us, even when it gets overwhelming carrying a trend on their backs. You guys are SO appreciated! Thank you to the workers and owner, love supporting a local family business!!...

The owner/management of this store (& Richboro location) HAS to do a better job of protecting their employees and customers from hostile and rude customers. This morning they advertised having the new halloween squishmallows and of course people were in line long before they opened. We met a bunch of nice people in line, but we all agreed this middle-aged blonde woman was causing trouble. She physically shoved and pushed people (including my 17 yr old sister) to get to them first. She also made a rude comment to someone behind me in line, something like “Don’t even think about it”. Then she continued to wait by the back near a stock room while barking at employees. We will no longer come back to these locations because they care more about making a profit then the safety of employees/customers. You would never get treatment like this at the Blue Bell location (which is KNOWN to ban...
