10/10 would recommend this place. Megan was very knowledgeable with recommendations and advice for our pool situation. She went above and beyond to help us understand costs and pricing for long term private pool maintenance. The water testing service is thorough and products sold to us was appropriate. I also want to give Kudos to General Manager Mike for supporting Megan during the process. He was also very friendly and professional. If corporate is reading this, give them a much deserved raise! I try to avoid this place as much as possible. There's a girl who's usually there with blue hair. Always very condescending and she's often having long personal conversations with people while you are waiting to check out. Today the guy she was talking to told her she could check me out and then come back to the conversation, she continued her conversation about Christmas gifts she received for another 5+ minutes while I stood there waiting to check out. They CLOSE 10 minutes before their supposed closing time. Then they will just look at you and make an X with their hands showing they are closed How incredibly rude!!! I drove 20 minutes to get here after work right before closing! I am extremely tired after work and know i had to deal with these rude sales people!
