Rally House Norman — Attraction in Norman

This place has a lot of options and the staff is always friendly. However, TWICE now, when I have visited their system has been down and they are not able to scan items. The first time I waited almost 20 minutes in store and finally they asked if I had cash. I only had a 20 on me so thankfully one of the employees paid the difference since I had been there so long. I was very grateful. But again tonight on the eve of the first OU game of the season, their system was down yet again and was only scanning a few items. If the item didn't scan you were just out of luck and you could come back another day to purchase it. Instead of being told this information at the door, the employees waited until you had spent time shopping around and were in line to relay the issue at hand. This is unacceptable in my opinion and it should have been handled when customers first walked in instead of allowing them to waste their time finding items to purchase and then being told they couldn't buy them. I understand this was out of their control, but the fact this has happened twice and I've only been to this store a handful of times is very upsetting. I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere where I know that I will be able to buy what I want...

The 4-stars are for the product I had to return...the store and staff itself get 5 stars. I had been waiting for a couple of months for the OU piggy bank and the Boomer Sooner book to be in stock at the store. Meanwhile I have a couple of little guys with birthdays coming up. There were some really cute clothes I found for the 6 yr old to be. I was happy with my purchases until I checked the piggy bank and discovered the stopper was not there. I drove all the way back down to Norman and as I walked in, the Mgr, Holly Riley, greeted me. I told her why I was back and fortunately they had another bank with a stopper. She took the stopper out and put it in my bank and out the door I went. I really appreciated her quick resolution and attitude. Was in the area eating lunch and my friend knew I can’t say no when it comes to checking out some cool new Oklahoma Sooners gear. We stopped in here and I was blown away by how much apparel, hats and accessories they had in stock.

I saw a red river showdown shirt that I haven’t seen in any other stores but I told myself I already have plenty of shirts so I passed. Well went home and that night I couldn’t stop thinking about it so I bought it online. They had it ready for me the next day shortly after they opened and so I was able to pop in and pick it up with ease. I’m really glad they have that ability and that the stock shown online is true to how much inventory they have in store. I will for sure be back to get more cool Sooners merchandise when I’m...
