I have actually never written a bad review before and I honestly canāt believe Im writing one about a soda shop lol. i had been looking forward to visiting Swig for a while-(drive from OKC) Online described as a cute asmosphere. First, it was difficult to find/get to. I get inside and thereās really no space for sitting. it was just a walk up counter. I ordered a drink that was similar to one i saw online - and i ordered a medium. It was a Coke zero with vanilla cream. There was no one inside, i was the only customer. There were about 4 cars on the drive thru. it took 9 minutes! When i got it, i took a sip and spit it out. I donāt know if they used bad cream but it was also definitely Diet Coke. I had mt friend try it to confirm and he made the same grimacing face. I politely asked the girl if I could just swap it out for a regular Coke zero, no cream or anything extra. She was going to charge me full price. At that point, It didnāt make sense for me to pay $8 for a fountain drink. I understand the costs associated (cups etc, i ran a restaurant) but seriously to just refill a regular coke? especially when the first one was not consumable for humans. anyways, i threw it away. the...

We had drinks made wrong where we were then made to reorder; and pay for, the correctionsā¦we were served partially frozen food and gelatinous nastiness in drinks - served by workers higher than blazesā¦and most recently a crying meltdown from an order taker and a chastising from an equally nutzo superior working the windowā¦Like, itās soda and pretzels folks, not sure what drives the employees here to act the way they do and to do such a bad job at their jobs, but it is absolutely not worth dealing with. I have never been to a business that operates like a scene out of a bad movie about high school, but here it is. Too bad. Itās a cool concept and if they could get staffing and customer service down, they would probably stay in business for some time. I donāt give them long if things stay the way...

We got in line in our car behind the next person in line and when the man came to take our order he told us we needed to loop back around because the line was getting too far that way and blocking stuff due to people behind us being too far out to the side.. The man said he was gonna have everybody behind us do the same but once we moved he immediately started taking the car that was behind us order and by the time we looped around the line how he told us too, nobody else had been told to and we were stuck behind the entire line again. So we gave up and instead went to Surfbar down the road. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. If you donāt want a line to go a certain way due to being busy, then do what Yukon does...
