I've been coming here for 4 years, and they've on top of their game. During the pandemic there were plastic utensils, and throw away dishes. Today? We're back on a real bowl and silverware. Always wonderful and hot. Quick service and friendly environment. Thank you STAFF.I've been visiting this restaurant for four years now, and throughout my patronage, they have consistently maintained a high standard of excellence. Even during the challenging times of the pandemic, they took necessary precautions by using plastic utensils and disposable dishes to ensure the safety of their customers and staff. However, today, I was delighted to see that they have returned to using real bowls and silverware, which is a testament to their commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience. The food is always prepared to perfection, with each dish served piping hot and bursting with flavor. The restaurant makes it a pleasure to dine there, and I always feel valued as a customer. Your hard work and attention to detail are truly appreciated. Thank you for making each visit to your restaurant a memorable one. I look forward to many more years of enjoying your delicious food and exceptional service.

Service was perfect! From order to delivery. The place is super clean. Great easy going music and spacious seating area. The food ... The new Thia Curry is pretty basic. It's good for what it is but lacks that great punch of flavor you get for an actual Thia place. I ordered a large edamame. STAY away from this item! This is a HUGE rip off. Less than 40 pods with most being 2 beans or less. I did check with the server and she confirmed it was a large. That's a disappointment. Egg rolls ehhh they're ok, spring rolls were deep fried which seemed strange, The pad thia has changed. They bread and deep fry the tofu, noodles and sauce are different. Not impressed with those changes. In a pinch or to switch things up, sure I'll be back, but not going out of my way to make a special trip if there is something closer.

This was my first time visiting this Pei Wei. Just like always I ordered the vegetable fried rice, with extra vegetables and requested no egg. It seems the chef did not get the memo and added egg anyway. Normally, I can skip around and avoid the egg but it was in small pieces which made it harder to do that. My vegetables were good but I didn’t get to eat as much rice as I would’ve liked to because I don’t like eggs in my rice. My daughter had the orange chicken with noodles. She said it was absolutely delicious I ate every drop of it. I can’t leave a Pei Wei without a handful of fortune cookies. One of my favorite things! If I’m ever near this area I will come back again but this time make absolutely sure that there is no egg in my fried rice.

I just wanted to chime in really quickly to leave this place a proper review in response to the phenomenal service I received while I was there. While having to venture so far out of my state for a business meeting, I was left longing for home with an appetite for somewhere which was close to the establishments I normally eat at. Pei Wei did not disappoint. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp, the Teriyaki Crispy Tofu and a side of Edamame. The food was ready for me on the fly but I upon receiving my order, I realized I had made a serious mistake. Just a couple weeks prior, my doctor had advised me to stay away from seafood as I had developed a horrible allergy to it. I had to speak with whoever was in charge right away. I told the cashier and they called for (I believe her name was Crystal.)- the one with the glasses. Goodness me, she was so professional. So understanding! Excuse me, I did not know that Norman was home to such fantastic hospitality. With no questions at all, she refunded my order and made an excellent recommendation to cater to my unfortunate circumstance. In lieu of the Kung Pao Shrimp, I ordered the Korean BBQ Steak which was, to say the least, absolutely wonderful. The steak was seared so beautifully and the peppers OH MY GOD danced with my pallet in perfect unison with the Gochujang sauce, a sauce so vibrant and loud. It sparked a liveliness within my tastebuds that set my heart a flame. I was in love at first bite. What else can I say? The rest of my order was just divine as well. If you have not given this place a try yet, do so immediately. I will be sure to be back the next time I'm back in Norman. Thank you Pei Wei and thank...

I went to the Pei Wei in Norman, Oklahoma late February of 2018 to order take-out. I paid $15, and while I waited for my food, asked for a water. The "lovely short, unattractive girl" (a.k.a., "employee of the month for the month of January of 2018") informed me that water cost extra: precisely the cost of a soft drink; keep in mind, this is fountain water, not bottled water. I thought this was ludicrous. The fact that water was not a basic courtesy of a patron of the restaurant is beyond me. The girl denying me my water could have at least been attractive, but instead I get an ugly girl denying me water -- how utterly reprehensible. Ugly and stupid, the best type of human-being... (tongue-in-cheek). Oh, this so-called "employee of the month" also lied to me about being a manager when I asked to speak with a manager. So apparently, if no manager is present, some employees like to pretend to be "very important people." Small fish in a small pond. I will never go back.

However, if you like low-class, fringe people (aka, trash), by all means go to this place. I'm sure you'll get a kick out of them. You can always count on the dregs of society to create unnecessary problems, or to do corporate's bidding as "law-abiding" peons (i.e., "blind peasants"), clumsily no less -- a moron never shows finesse.

The food is ok (good price::quality ratio), assuming you can get past some of the...
