UPDATE: Beatrice gave very poor customer service at the print area today. As a small business we could not have our print job printed (it was a small print job but due to containing photographs wished it to be printed on big color printer as we have noticed better quality than the self serve station in the past). We have tried to put our order in online before and somehow the store never got it and it left us in a terrible bind with tight timeframe. At that time Mariposa was excellent and went above and beyond to get us our job printed on time. We were informed in the future that we can email the job to print in the store, instead of going online, to ensure time critical jobs get done.
Beatrice today stated the same thing. Not a problem, I was in the store. I waited for her as she then assisted two other people even though one arrived after me (but he was a lawyer so I understand he was probably very busy). Not a problem. She then informed me that they ONLY take orders through the app or online and she would put it in today but it would be 24-48 hours before my order was ready. No one else was in the store or waiting to be served. She said she had too many other online orders and that I have to wait in line "on-line". In the time she was speaking to me she could have printed my order (I have worked in print shop before so knew it was a short moment on their machine for the size of what needed to be printed). So I informed her I would take my small business elsewhere and went down the street to the UPS store - and they kindly took the two minutes out of their day to print my order right then and there. Very efficient - they had many people with a line to the door but they helped other people in the couple minutes my order printed and quickly checked me out when it was done (vs making people wait while my order printed). They were reasonably priced too.
Given the new store policy at Office Depot to cater to online customers only I will no longer be taking my time critical, or any, print orders to them.
So far the best place to get copies close to Goose Creek that I've found. Reasonable prices, short to no wait for walk in copies (been 4 times now), great customer service, and my order has never once...

Printing multiple copies of the same notice text on one sheet of paper then needing to cut the paper.
While waiting in line to have the papers cut the print center attendant was very smug and rude to three customers in line before me keeping the same ridiculous smug smile on her face.
When I asked if you'd be able to cut the flyers for me. She indicated that in their precision printing center they didn't have anything capable of cutting straight lines. When asked about that she said that the machines were very old and so they would not be able to cut a straight line without cutting words off of a page.
He proceeded to try and demonstrate that this wouldn't work and when it came out well she said she needed to be able to adjust the machine with a screwdriver so I would have to wait.
You are literally working in a precision printing center that people use to produce quality materials on a regular basis and you expect us to believe that you are incapable of cutting a straight line??
Either your people are very rude and they're liars and their smug, or your precision printing center is actually incapable of cutting straight lines and is not real a quality printing center that anybody should consider using for any professional or high-quality personal...
Read moreI want to start off by saying, I rarely ever and I mean never write a review; but I felt that I should tonight. Ginger and Wendy were fantastic this evening. I had to run in for a few items ($650 in pen’s, paper, normal office supplies) roughly 30min before the store closed. They both said hi as I walked in; after a few minutes each asked if I needed any help, which I did; and they both helped me find items at different points in time while shopping. At no point did they make me feel rushed, or that I shouldn’t have been there, or uncomfortable because I came in so late, or made me feel that I was holding them up from leaving, or were rude in any way. I had no idea the store closed at 8:00pm and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t ask while checking out at 8:35pm. I honestly thought the store closed at 9:00pm and if I knew it closed at 8:00pm I probably wouldn’t have gone. With no hesitation these ladies welcomed me in; they helped; they smiled and as I left I was happy and appreciative.
