Highly disappointing by the way the service was handle. Came to this location to pickup the cake that my sister order online for our mom’s birthday . At the party we open up the box, my sister notice that the cake was missing a special Happy Birthday lettering on it. We call the store back that evening, to tell them what happen. One of the employees said we can come back and get either a partial refund or store credit. She said that we were open til 10, but the time I got there the store closed and they actually closed at 9 instead of 10. The next day I went back to the store, while they were open and see if I can get a partial refund for the missing words. Another employee said that he called his manager and told me that I can get a free ice cream for the mistake on the cake. So not only they lied about the store hours, but also they lied about the partial refund or store credit. Also the girl who was talking on the phone that day was working the next day and she admitted she told me about the partial refund but she couldn’t give the refund back because she was not the manager. Like I don’t know who come here to get a birthday cake from here, but I will not get a birthday cake from here. We paid $100 for this, just not to received a partial refund back. And get this, there’s a note on the wall by the register that saids they don’t accept $100 dollar bills at the store. But they did for that day and now I’m highly...

Ice cream is typical coldstone ice cream but some of the employees just don’t want to do their job. I placed a pickup order on google and went to pick it up. I paid for it online and tipped. When I got to the store the young man working the front area told the female in the back “hey there’s a pickup order can you get him his ice cream”, she replied by telling him to shut up, Very unprofessional and just rude to her co-worker. There were two females in the back room talking the entire time time I was there. Meanwhile the young man was making the ice cream. So I waited by the pickup sign for about 5 minutes, which is fine because waiting is not the issue. After he attended to the customers before me, he came over to me and got my name. He checked the freezer behind him which did not have my ice cream. Meanwhile the two females are still talking to each other. The young man had to go to the back freezer and get my ice cream. To her credit the female came to the front and apologized, but all of this could’ve been avoided if she just treated her co-worker with respect and kindness and did her job. I have always loved the ice cream here, however tonight was the worst customer service I have seen. My family and I were there shortly before close, a dad and his very young daughter came in right after us. They told him they were closed, he then made the comment I drove 20 minutes to get my daughter ice cream. They flat out told him “I can’t help you with that”. My jaw dropped. I could not believe they spoke to him like that and they walked in not even 30 seconds after us. He asked to speak to a manager and which they said there was not a manager there. They finally told him to get in line. The two ladies that were scooping the ice cream had a complete attitude when serving anyone. We went to check out and asked to pay for the guy and his daughter behind us and the guy at the register threw his hands up and got frantic about what to do.
