My salesman Chris was great! Very professional and informative. I felt like we were old friends. I have two observations: I noticed that I was not shown the iLE which was 50% off- I’m not saying I would have bought it but it seems like a sales tactic to “overlook” that specific model. I am a side sleeper so I realize the i8 is best for that and that is why I purchased it but I still feel I should have been directed to the iLE so I could make the informed decision. Also, when in the store, a different customer came in asking for his previous salesperson(not Chris). The salesperson who greeted the customer brought him over to the salesman who quickly said , after a quick hello, oh you can take this one and walked off. Seemed very rude. He barely acknowledged the customer before passing him off to the salesman who greeted him . It wasn’t like he was busy. He was standing there talking to the other saleswoman with no other customers in the store. My husband and I both noticed it and felt it was very rude considering the customer made a special effort to be sure to ask for the previous salesman. What’s so bad is the salesman will get commission regardless. Plus, he got a new customer while this guy was in the store so he will get that too. I know people are earning for a living. My husband works off of commission too but you cannot ignore the person and make them feel less than or less important than other customers . He gives salesman a bad name.

Read moreI would have said it's a great bed... until the adjustable base stopped working. No one thinks about this potential problem at purchase time, so please, buyer's be aware of this before you purchase your own.
Our adjustable base stopped working 18 months after our purchase. I've yet to have it fixed, as I can not get one customer service rep to take responsibility for it. It has been seven months of back and forth with them. And it has been by far the most unexpectedly infuriating situation on something that seems should be quite simple for them to address. But since this happened, I've only been on many calls with various people from both SleepNumber and Legget and Platt (the company who actually produced the adjustable base in conjunction with Sleep Number). No one has offered much except sending parts, for which I pay, which have not fixed the problem. Their solution is to farm us out to a local technician, for which we will also pay for their service, since no one at L&P or SleepNumber seem to be taking ownership and responsibility for this situation in attempting to address it directly themselves. They both seem to blame the other company and I get nowhere with either.
So, if your base breaks down, you may be in the same situation we've found ourselves in. This has been the first, and absolute last, time we will ever purchase a bed from SleepNumber considering the overall lack of ownership to this matter on their part. Read moreI will be returning my bed before I even get to sleep in it. You are not allowed to specify what day is convenient for you to have your bed delivered. You take what they give you. So I took off work and waited all day long. At the beginning of my appointed time frame I received a message saying that they would arrive towards the end of my time frame which was 6:00 p.m. . Around 5:30 I checked the tracking and it said it was estimated to arrive around 8:00 p.m. . When I checked back at 7:30 p.m. the tracking said that it had been rescheduled. I never received a phone call or anything. When I called no one could tell me anything, but over an hour later I did receive a phone call from the delivery center and they told me that my bed would be delivered in two more weeks because that was the only time they were in our area. The salespeople were great, but the follow-through on every end of the company from customer service to delivery to even the online chat is horrible. I don't care how good the bed sleeps I would be mad every time I laid down in it. I would not recommend them solely for their service. They are very undependable and do not care about...
