Rivas Mexican Grill #7 — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I have been coming here alot since I've been pregnant (currently 6 months pregnant) and tonight on my lunch break I decided to order a burrito via uber eats and I open the foil just to see this!! There was a peice of string/yarn almost like towel/tampon like string folded into and hanging out of my burrito!!!!! I am pregnant and so highly upset that i could cry because now I definitely am not eating this as it is what i was craving and have to work until 1 am!!!!! very unsanitary!!!!!! Are you guys really moving that fast that you dont see a towel/tampon string hanging out of the burrito!???? ME OR MY 7 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER COULD HAVE CHOKED OR GOTTEN SICK! Now I can't help but think what else may have been wrapped up in other food items that have been made! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE ANY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARDS HERE. Me and my family recently visited this location over the weekend first time ever! Food was great but then fraudulent charges to our bank account, called spoke with Anthony Montero just to ask if they used a business account that was charging our card he could not 100% confirm I tried speaking to a manager who could confirm to get to the bottom of my concern (not saying they did the fraud but it is possibly them) he told me I wouldn’t be able to speak to anyone until tomorrow morning which I understand but that I would be wasting my time! What?! Just from that interaction never again will we be dining at this establishment nor recommending anyone due to the suspicious behavior. Unacceptable, horrible...

BRING A FLY SWATTER. The portions don’t justify the price AT ALL. It’s clean until you get to the counter then attack of the flies. So many flies you won’t be able to eat. It’s winter time. I am going to recommend that the health department do a visit here so they can see. In the pickled onions and carrots they have dead flies in there and all onions maybe 5 carrot pieces and nothing else. They are not using fresh ingredients at all. The soda is all syrup no carbonation so it’s not being serviced by Pepsi at all. They don’t give refunds. So they take your money serve you old food in a dirty environment with no management around.
