Went there today. It seems like, I enjoy it more and more. Prices great low, Most items that you find, here at Target, are much cheaper, than any local supermarkets, when it comes to groceries. Keep in mind that, red meat, poultry, or fish. Are not sold at Target. As far as, like cereal spaghetti sauce spaghetti noodles can vegetables, bottled waters, ketchup, mustard, I guess you can get the idea. Are cheaper then even going to your basic Publix Supermarket, or Walmart. All brand name, same products that they sell it all these major supermarkets. The store is very clean. Wheelchair access. Disability parking, in front. Customer service friendly. Cashier's are quick, and very very friendly. They also have a cash yourself out, computer scanning machine. Where , you can scan your items, and pay for them via credit card, debit card, or even cash. Very convenient, if you ask me. Especially when there are long lines. There is always an assistant, to help guide you, to use their Cash Out machine. If you're going to buy a new TV, I would not suggest this place. You're , better off going to, a BrandsMart USA. They also have a CVS, Pharmacy, within the store. Pharmacist always willing to help you. With an open mine, and a friendly smile. The men's department, has really nice close. A lot of Wrangler, products. Low-cost. Good quality. Very very large fitting rooms. To accommodate your fitting needs. Super large parking lot. . Large, and very clean. At all times. They don't sell cigarettes there anymore, but they still do sell wine, and beer, six packs, and cases as well. 24 count bottle cases. Good place to buy, some headsets, for your cell phone, or laptop. Sony brand, and much more types of brands. Great prices. Always / 20 30%. Off original price. You can buy also bedding and bath products. Have a nice, collection of brand new bicycles, for sale. For adults. And adults. And teenagers, They sell helmets, seats, and the bar, grips. Small Sporting Good equipment department. But the essentials, are there. They sell patio furniture, always on sale. And before I forget, you can always ask the cashiers, to give you an additional discount, when spending a lot of money. They have the ability to do that. It is store policy, but keep in mind you must ask for this. Discounts are always available. To those who ask for it. It said in the report there's a liquor store in the parking lot, so you can pick up your beverages, wines, beers come and look at it. Very large. I believe it's an ABC Liquor Store. Large department, for teenage girls, and teenage boys. Check out the clothes there. Good quality. Low prices. They also sell shoes for men and women, and sneakers as well. And baseball caps. And sports jerseys. This is an all-around store, as you can tell by now. It's not just about everything there. There's also a Starbucks inside the store. Buy customer care. Large collection, of movies as well. You can also buy yoga mats there. And workout weights, for many women. Starting at 3 lb and I believe up to 20 lb. Large variety, of tools, work tools. For mechanics, and construction workers. Very large toy department. For young kids. They do have some oversized close. For those healthy good looking women LOL. They do not sell charcoal, for barbecues. But they do sell barbecue pits. And some types of BBQ accessories. There is a small vegetable section. Things like lettuce, carrots, onions, potatoes, tomatoes. And grapes. Seems like it's always fresh. And they have hey, frozen food section. For those frozen food lovers. They also sell all the name brand ice creams. Also found in the frozen food section. They sell ice, and coolers, if you're on the way to the beach. And all types of bathing suits for men Women, and children. And for you women, looking for really nice, underwear garments. That's the place to go. Really nice, quality brand name products. At very low prices. Very eye-catching, and sensual. If you know what I mean. Nice makeup Department as well. Vitamins, in front, of Pharmacy. David Lawrence signing out. Will be back,...
Read moreAlexis, the woman who processed my return, behaved in a rude and offensive manor. I returned a docking station that I'd never opened and only bought a few days earlier as I ended up not needing it. I told her I hadn't opened it. She decides to act as if I were lying, pulls out a box cutter and opens the box. I repeated again I hadn't opened it and she tells me it's store policy to open returned items. I've returned electronics before and this is the first time I've experienced it. She then proceeds to unpack the device, seeks out the serial number on the device to compare it to what was on the box. Again, in front of me and without beginning the process of issuing the refund. When she was satisfied that I apparently wasn't a liar, she puts the device back into the box and puts a damage sticker on it.
As she's doing this, I'm asking how does this make sense? Now she can't sell it anymore, all because she treated me like I was some kind of liar, the store now can't resell the $120 device. If more of your employees behaved like this woman, it would account for your stock value dropping this week. While she was never verbally rude to me, her behavior left a bad taste in my mouth about Target. It was truly offensive.
I'm very disappointed with this experience and hope you do a better job of training Alexis. The whole experience was truly offensive and it was clear to me she didn't care how offended I was. As someone that pays attention to the retail industry for my career, this would make for a compelling case study to explain Target's recent earnings call -- poor customer service that deters formerly loyal customers plus a policy that sees the company suffering losses when a brand new, unopened electronic device is returned only for your customer service person to deem it necessary to both open it and then mark it damaged because...
Read moreThis Aventura Store on 218 & Biscayne Blvd. almost got away with scamming and stealing from a loyal customer. First off, I placed my order on line to pick up at the store. Because 1 of the items was in low stock at my selected Target 3 miles from my home, I traveled to another further Target 10 miles from my home to get a specific item, which was the LEGO Super Hero Marvel Avengers package. In addition to this, I also purchased a LEGO World Nintendo Switch Game and a LEGO Hulk Buster Smach pack. When I personally went to Customer Service I was told the LEGO Battle Thanos was no longer available, but the other 2 items were. I asked if they could call the store that was closest to my home and check and see if that had it. I was told on their computer showed no stock of it. I then asked for the other 2 items to leave. I was given a bag that was stapled shut and I peeked inside and clearly saw the other 2 items. Before I left, I decided to tear the bag opened from the staples to take a closer look and to my surprise the Nintendo Switch game had no plastic seal, so I opened it to discover the game inside was also gone and removed. I would have left the store paying for this game to only receive an empty case when I got home. Moral of the story. Carefully check all items in detail before leaving their store. Should I have left with an empty game case then returned to claim what happened, I would have not been believed. So don't trust Target's employees...
