I’m a proud regular.. so today I pulled up and used my QR sticker. Which had my regular 3x’s extra sweet raspberry & white chocolate large iced coffee with whip cream. What a chore I am for these guys and gals, because my daughter has a fancy order of her own too, lol. Anyways, because my order was already saved and I come all the time; I can assume they started making my drink as I paid. Dreadfully, as I was “paying” my card got declined. Yup, embarrassing. The reason I am embarrassing myself by telling you is, because it’s important that it’s said for you to understand the magnitude of gratification I have for the employees at North Myrtle Beach 7Brew!! I apologized over and over. I didn’t have a back up of payment. I felt awful. I knew I had nothing else, because we were already super tight, because we were moving (uncomfortably having two different mortgages) and we only have one income, because I am now staying home to take care of our son. All I can say is that I made it to the stop sign and I hear this knock. The girl ran to my truck with my already made drink.. ugh. I refused to let them give my fancy drink to me, but she insisted. I knew both of the employees responsible for this and it just melted my heart… an act of kindness (2/28 just after noon time). It’s magnitude isn’t over looked. I get these coffee’s even though I shouldn’t for so many reasons, but this is my happy.. this is my mental “umph” to get through the day sometimes and today I needed it. I don’t know who will read this, but these are the moments you don’t forget to be humbled and thank God for others kindness. Read moreVery sad to give 7brew a rating this low. I’m an avid customer in Arkansas, but this stand did not “cultivate kindness”. There was little to no conversation, and when there was, it felt forced and awkward. The brew crew could not hold a conversation. The woman on lane did not look engaged or excited to be working. So that was the first disappointment.
I ordered the same drink I always order and it was completely wrong. I ordered a “medium iced white mac” and was given a watered down house blend. When I ordered, I asked for almond milk and was asked how many scoops. I always substitute almond milk and have never been asked this question. When I was handed my drink, I knew it wasn’t my typical order. I explained this wasn’t what I ordered and was looked at with a face of disgust. They asked what I meant to order and after I explained it, they told me I need to order a latte instead of saying iced white mac, but I have never had this problem. After this, I had two more people come up to my car to try and engage after realizing my order was incorrect.

Read moreThe line was long which wasn’t the problem… ordered a drink and muffin top and paid for it with the worker who took my order… got to the spot to receive my drink and the worker claimed she didn’t see my order while my drink sat there without my muffin top… showed her where I had paid and she rudely told me she needed to find her shift leader but they were busy… this is the second time they have done this and the first time I let it slide… I am a loyal customer and don’t deserve to be treated like I am trying to steal $10 worth of food that I showed proof for that I had paid… I received my drink but no muffin top… I let the employee know that it will be my last time being a loyal customer to them after the way I was treated. No customer should be accused of attempting to receive goods without paying especially when showing them their credit card charge that was dated and timed. I really enjoyed your coffee but will not be returning again after the 2nd time they’ve done this to me. When you guys first opened up you were great but the quality and customer service has dropped tremendously which is unfortunate to see in such a short period of time.
