Went instore to purchase suit 8/31. An associate measured my fiance and he tried a suit on he like. We ordered that day and I was told it would come in a few weeks. 9/24 I called after not hearing anything and I was told that they had to check with the warehouse. I received a call back that same day. Being told that it was sitting at the warehouse waiting to be pressed. They would call me when it was ready. After not hearing anything I then called 2 days later on 9/26 and was told that it was ready for pick up. I picked it up that same day. On Sunday my fiancé tried on the jacket and it was too small. The next day, the 28th I called and requested a bigger sized jacket be ordered. I was told that the slim jackets do run small. If this is the case why was this not accounted for when we ordered? We would have ordered bigger if we were told. I was told that they were going to call the warehouse that morning and see if they can order a larger size jacket and that I could come in that afternoon to bring in the suits. I drive there that afternoon and I do not live close by. And it wasn't until I got there that she then called the warehouse. If this phone call would have been made sooner , I would not have had to make the drive. I was told that the bigger sized jacket would not arrive in time frame I needed. There was no way that this could be rushed even though we had already waited a month for the original jacket. And were not told that these jackets run smaller. I was offered a refund. However, this puts us in a very inconvenient spot where we are now running out of time to get a proper suit. Read moreI’m writing this review to express my disappointment with our recent experience. From the beginning, there have been several issues that have caused confusion and frustration.
First, my name was spelled incorrectly in your system, which may seem minor but does not inspire confidence in the attention to detail I expected. More importantly, when my fiancé booked this rental at the Cleveland Bridal Show, she was told that the groom’s tuxedo would be free. However, I was informed today that this is not the case — this contradicts what was promised at the event.
Additionally, when I came in to try on pants, I was taken to a dressing room where I was met with a pile of dirty clothes. That kind of environment is not acceptable, especially for formalwear fittings. My groomsmen were also required to put down a $40 deposit during their fitting appointments, which we were never informed about in advance, leaving them confused and caught off guard.
We chose your business expecting a professional and seamless experience for our wedding. So far, that has not been the case. I would really appreciate it if someone could look into these concerns and get back to me with a resolution — particularly regarding the promised free tux and the other miscommunications.
Update! I received a call from the regional manager who was just as frustrated as I was about this ordeal. She promised she will take care of the situation. I am very hopeful that things will go as planned. Thank you Amy for your quick...

We told her why we were there and she sat down behind the counter and was not helpful. She told us the prices of the tux’s and remained seated behind the counter and did not offer any additional help. When I asked to see options and try suits on, she pointed at the wall and said “we don’t do that here. You can try on those suits and take measurements” and then proceeded to sit behind the counter and did not even get up to offer to help take measurements. My fiance and I drove 25 minutes out to here after work, which was a waste of time. Whoever was working on 12/17 at 5pm needs to be evaluated by their employer on their customer service.
