Zebrano Furniture — Attraction in North Olmsted

Out of all of the companies I've recently used to furnish my new home, Zebranous is by far the WORST!

Although I paid for assembly they used a curbside delivery service to deliver a $15,000 "luxury" dining room set. This means 12+ boxes including two tables weighing over 600lbs were left in front of my driveway. This also means i had to hire someone to come and carry the pieces inside and then assemble.

After paying someone to carry and assemble the pieces, we realized there were manufacturing errors with both the table and console. The top of both were made with grooves to insert the legs of the tables. These inserts were not properly made and as a result the tops are highly unstable! Again, these are 600lb table tops and I have a toddler so that creates an unsafe space for my children

I paid for a rug with my order and it was not included with my curbside delivery.

I've called both of the Zebrano associates that I was doing business with and neither are responding to my calls/texts. I am still in need of a refund for my rug, assembly and manufacturing fee associated with creating stability for table and cabinets.

If either of these pieces fall and damage my floor or hurt my children prior to someone coming to restructure for stability , I will certainly sue Zebranous! I also plan to call my bank and report fraud for the items I paid for but didn't...

I saw a couch I was interested in and sat down to test its comfort, only to be told that it was “forbidden.” There was no signage anywhere in the store stating this rule.
