Earthbound Trading Co. — Local services in North Olmsted

I walked up the store today at North Olmsted, a worker told me the store was at capacity and I had to wait to go in. Two people walked out 5 minutes later, this same worker didn't say I could go in. Another 5 minutes later, another customer walked up and just walked in. I asked this same worker why did you let them in and not me and I have been waiting. She replied something I couldn't hear through her mask. So I said can I go in also, she replied I still had to wait. Now is the issue is because of my skin color because I'm African American and the customer that was allowed in before me wasn't. I don't think I'll visit this...

okay so first of we go to the counter and the guy, very kindly and cheery gentleman may i add, says “oh did yk we r having a buy one get one 60 percent off?” so my boyfriend says “oh i’ve been looking at this pair of earrings, lemme do the math” guy at the counter: “the math is its a GREAT deal” well well well this 17 dolla pair of earrings he was alr hesitant about buying when the devious counter man rings up the earrings FIRSt charging them FULL PRICE and the already on sale sun glasses SECOND so it takes 60 percent off that purchase tsk tsk tsk disappointed in their choice of buissness...

I typically enjoy going to earthbound but this last shopping trip has really turned me off. Every time i go to the mall I have to stop in and get something because I love this store but I won't be going back to the great northern location they always have different employees every time I shop at store now there is a older lady that's working there now who loves to follow you all through the store everywhere you go she's right behind you asking you questions I do understand that it is their job to ask you if you need help but once I decline...
