I am SUPER impressed with the service and INTEGRITY I experienced with these guys! I had my car in to have some Katzkin leather seats installed. When I first called to inquire about them, the receptionists were very knowledgeable and helpful. When I did decide to make the purchase, I was advised that they would need the car overnight. No problem, but I did not live close to the Northglenn location, and because of Covid, I did not feel comfortable grabbing an Uber to and fro in dropping off and picking up the vehicle. They obliged me and sent someone to pick up the vehicle and drop it off to me when it was done-talk about service! When the car was finished, Scott, one of the advisors, did warn me that they had found a scratch on the car that was not there when they did the initial inspection upon picking up the car; he said when the car arrived to look at it, and let him know what they needed to do. So of course I was expecting a huge sideswipe mark on my fender. When the car arrived and the driver arrived, she showed me the scratch. Pfffffftt! It was all of maybe two inches long and not even noticeable. I called Scott back and told him not to worry; I honestly will make a bigger scratch in the car in my day to day errands since I"m hella clumsy lol. But I did appreciate their concern and advising it was there and willingness to work with me on it if needed.

And on to the actual work....AMAZING! The seats look factor-installed, and all the factory power adjustments and seat heating still works. The craftsmanship is OUTSTANDING. I'm kind of a stickler, so I was looking behind and up UNDER the seats hahahaa for any signs of corner-cutting. NONE. My experience with auto plex Northgleen had been awful. To be clear, my disappointment is not the quality of work but the professional promises ,given to me, that were not met! I purchased new rims, tires and a Fox 2" suspension leveling kit with coil overs. I had to bring my truck in so that they could "size my truck up" to make sure everything would work correctly. (Please keep in mind I work Monday through Friday 6-6 most days and auto plex is not open on weekends so I have to drop my truck off in the evening and pick up next day) the promise made was that this lift with coil over would be perfect with the wheels and tires I purchased. "Like driving a stock truck kind of ride with no clearance issues" I was promised! Well, the day I picked up my truck after work was done, I made them put my factory wheels and tires back on because my new tires rubbed so bad. I brought my truck back in several time! Each time they said they fixed the problem. Nope all they have done is adjusted fire walls and fenders. Adjusted my shocks. (There goes thy stock ride I was promised) all it has done is wasted my time! Then they yell me that they didn't have a mechanic that can work on my truck, so I had to wait even longer. I was told that the sales man that sold me my package moved to Texas. (I guess I am out of luc) I am so disappointed that they have not offered to fix THEIR MISTAKE and make my truck right. Apparently since everything has been installed it cannot be returned! I have a Silverado 4x4 that now acts like i am driving a lowered car. I need to be mindful while driving because it rubbs. $7,000.00 for this! my advice to anyone thinking about going here is, GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE...

• Update: Autoplex contacted me and made every possible effort to properly address my situation. They even went out of their way to work with my schedule and offered multiple solutions to my concerns. Two techs took time out of their busy day to talk to my about my concerns and their findings during install. They also conducted a walk through with me once they readjusted my cover. Added bonus, got caught in the rain shortly after leaving the shop and found no more leaks! Finding businesses willing to take accountability and willing to address customer concerns is rare nowadays. Autoplex completely changed my outlook on this experience and have proven that they truly conduct business with integrity. Give them a shot. They'll make sure you're happy!

Visited to have a truck bed cover moved from one vehicle to another. Unfortunately the installation was not completed. Upon arriving home we found that the front clamps were not tightened to the point where the front passenger side clamp had completely fallen (I drove straight home from the shop). The drainage hoses were disconnected and the cover itself is completely lopsided. In some areas the rubber seal is bent and folded on itself and was left way.
