From my initial conversation with her, I felt so comfortable trusting her with altering my dress for my big day. She has never failed to deliver on any promise she makes.

She was so easy to work with via e-mail, even before she had her alteration calendar open for the timeframe in which I was going to have my dress altered. She kept me on a list and e-mailed me as soon as her calendar opened so I could choose dates that worked best for me and my family. Through the online booking platform, it was so easy to select times.

Now the actual alteration process. From our first meeting, Agnes had me and my sister feeling SO comfortable and involved in the process of choosing how to alter my dress. She is such a professional and clearly the top of the line at what she does. When asked if something was possible for my dress, she told me anything was possible -- and she didn't fail to deliver. I had three fittings total, and she had my dress 99% done by my second fitting. She even offered to finish it while we were there, to save me driving back for the third fitting. We elected to come back for the third fitting, and Agnes made it super special with a big reveal to my mom and sisters. It was perfect. She truly listens to what you ask for and DELIVERS. As far as pricing, she is extremely fair for the high quality and intricate work she does.
