First and foremost this review is intended to be seen by management of this location.
My name is Andrew i am a regular shopper at this location the past month, not that I need to explain why but I will- my company merged which in turn has given me alot of free time, so I decided to take my mother out every other day shopping.
Over the past 3 weeks I've taken note of there return policy and what the say they do, in fact it's quiet the opposite. They will gladly ring you out without batting an eyelid at the items your buying but God forbid you try to return the items you bought, they examine it with a fine comb. They say they don't sell used clothing - well actually they do. I will explain later why it's not necessarily management's fault.
I have been ridding myself of the past, so I've taken on a project to buy all new pants, shoes, shirts and ties etc. That being said sometimes I want to do a return and the past 2 weeks I did have a few issues doing so. I was told once the item I was returning had the wrong tag, management insinuated that I changed the tags, that was my first unpleasant experience. My second was when I bought a Cologne and the wrong item was inside of the box, since those two issues I've scanned there shelves to show them what they sell (since there employees are paid to do nothing essentially). I mostly took a very keen interest after my mother was declined a return for shoes - they said "we don't take back used shoes" but yet they sell them to us.
I will admit that management is not entirely aware of what's going on but it's so obvious that people from there last chance store are doing swaps that allow them to obtain a valid reciept, just aslong as the item matches the description they are returning - its called return theft - other words can be used like "theft by deception" etc . My point is if a regular customer has to deal with an environment like this then eventually that customer will run into issues with purchases or returns. Which in turn makes that person look bad. Tonight was the offical night Shelly (the most ignorant manger I've ever met) insinuated that I am actually doing these things to there entire store 😂.
I scanned there shelves for used shoes I brought up 3 pairs of used shoes that I saw at there last chance store weeks earlier. She immediately got very aggravated and told me quiet abruptly to "get to the point ". I simply told her my mother was declined a return but yet if i had bought all 3 of these shoes and left the store & then tried to return them i would have been told no and stuck with used shoes. Keeping in mind each of these shoes were $189.99 each. Shelly then brought up my couple of issues that I've had the weeks prior as if to tell me that I'm the one that's up to something at that store. I ended the conversation by telling her " before you put a total ban on returning used shoes- realize what your selling first" and also "to do a better job at taking items like this off the shelf". She got very very aggravated twords me and insulted me as she walked away mid sentence.Abby is the new shoe manager and last week I showed her 4 pairs of shoes that were used and she immediately thanked me for pointing them out to her, THAT is a good manager.
Shelly is very very unapproachable, and very unprofessional to be a manager. I know for a fact she radioed me across all the headsets for asset protection to watch me (which by the way he made very obvious) so did you Shelly.I really hope you learn from this and never walk away while a customer is talking to you again, you should have been happy as a manager that I helped you remove those shoes instead you talked to me as if I was a criminal. All of the employees know me almost by name and have seen the thousands I've spent there. You are unbelievably rude and I would hope that if we ever cross paths again you will apologize to me for your outburst. P.s) the reason im mostly there so much is to find ferragamo loafers two of your employees said they will keep an eye out for me! But hey I'm a branded criminal...
Read moreI recently visited this location to return two items I had purchased in Tampa. When I approached the counter, I was met by an associate — a woman with a European accent, possibly in her late 50s, with a bob haircut and glasses. I tried to return a skirt that didn’t have a tag, explaining that it was a gift that didn’t work out. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she immediately dismissed me with a rude and condescending tone, stating, “You can take this item back to Tampa because it looks used.”
I was taken aback by her unprofessionalism and the utter lack of basic courtesy. Her attitude was not only dismissive but also degrading. It felt as though she was telling me to “take my items and shove them back where I got them from.” Her manner was completely inappropriate for someone in customer service and left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected in front of other customers.
Fortunately, when she called over another associate (or manager), that person handled the situation with professionalism, speaking calmly and respectfully. This is the level of service I expect from your brand, and she deserves commendation for her exemplary behavior.
However, the behavior of the first associate is completely unacceptable and does not align with the standards of customer service that I expect from this company. I urge corporate management to address this matter seriously, as this kind of treatment is damaging to the store’s reputation and could easily drive customers away. No one should have to experience this type of demeaning and hostile behavior.
If you can handle negative customer service Roulette, this is the...
Read moreVery deceptive cashier (Raheela F.) clearly tries to take advantage of those whose native language is not english. She asked my partners mom if she wanted to save $40 today and sign up for their rewards (did not mention once that it was a credit card at all) and asks for her drivers license. We thankfully happened to join her at that moment and clarified that it is indeed a credit card. She politely says no thank you and Raheela clearly is very angry about that.
My partner and i walked away and the woman asked if she was mexican, she says yes, and the woman says well other mexican families sign up for this card and it saves them a lot of money. Raheela tells her that my boyfriend and I aren’t paying and that it’s not our decision it’s hers and that we’re stopping her from saving $40.
At the end of the day yes, it’s only a credit card, however, that has to be illegal to trick someone into getting a credit card that they’re not aware of. I understand the management heavily pushes them to do this, so it is not only on Raheela, but also the corporation but that is just extremely...
