Today I drove mom to Ross to Return my dad's shoes she bought about 5 weeks ago. The shoes are defective, my mom couldn't return them sooner cuz the both seniors & don't drive. I showed clerk her receipt & explained the issue. She explained that it was over 30 days & eventhough the product is defective, she can only refund me in store credit. I asked to speak to manager, my luck she was behind counter listening to the convo. Manager double assured clerk stament. Clerk asked for mom's I'd even tho she had receipt in her hand to issue gift card. She issued gift card, my mom asked her the expiration date for the gift card.. this clerk#202716 answered my mom to quit been Sarcastic!! I said to the clerk.. excuse me? My mom is asking you a logical question and that's no way to respond, manager herd clerk & did nothing. I will never go back to that store, that is a horrible way to treat customers & seniors at that. That clerk needs to seek another type of job. She is killing business & the manager is even worst to allow that kind of behavior & be ok with the way customers are...
Read moreAbsolutely the filthiest store I ever shopped for a Ross!!! Why is there a NO STAR option for these reviews?? I walked in and after quickly being disappointed, I left! This was like a low end thrift store with high end prices like a mall or plaza anchor store. I actually took pictures because the floor was so dirty I thought I was outside!!! I stepped on a round plastic disc from the hangers for sizing on items and almost slipped! The floor is loaded with them! There is also have a loss prevention/security guard standing near the door. Today a manager or trainer was holding a meeting for employees in the clothes and outside isles. Scolding employees over socializing and saying that it should be kept to the break room! Really!!?? So should your meetings! If anyone needed assistance…too bad! All the employees were held up hearing what they should be doing (12-15 people). Manager or someone needs to merchandise, organize, sweep floors and make it look like I should want to spend $80 for that Michael Kors purse!
I won’t be back! Disgusted! Corporate or owner...

In my opinion, someone in a managerial role should never speak to their team in that way, especially in front of customers. If that’s how she treats her employees, I can only imagine how she might treat a customer in a...
