Fun and novel ice cream experience! Excellent for a hot summer day or a craving of ice cream! All options start with a vanilla base that has flavors (mentioned) mixed right in. Then you get 3 toppings on top of that. You can also get just plain. It's $6/cup. One size fits all. Very filling. We got monkey business (Nutella and banana), Kiss & Tell (mint and chocolate), and passion fruit (banana, strawberry, and blueberries). They were all delicious! The fruity one definitely made it feel a little healthier, as we also topped it with strawberries and blueberries (and crushed M&Ms)... The kiss and tell had a great mint flavor, and I loved the monkey business. The Nutella changed the consistency more than adding flavor, and it was great!! Definitely worth checking it out! They also have a frequent flyer card with benefits after X number of stamps (I think it was 6...). Next time I'm going to get #8, with the peanut butter and chocolate!
The inside is lovely with pretty white bricks that make you feel like you're in an igloo and walls painted light blue, giving it an Antarctic feel! Seating inside is limited to the window-wall bars with fun swivel stools (I have a 3 year old; she had the fruit one).
The only thing I'd change is: add Hot Fudge and/or peanut butter sauce topping. Mmmmm (but I understand these need to be kept warm and the logistics of that may be more complicated...
Read moreCute little ice cream shop. However, I have yet to try it. Word of advice, do not try to go there with your kids for an after dinner desert, make sure you get there plenty early. The teenagers behind the counter decide when they are taking the last customer and likely won't let you in if you show up in the last hour before their posted closing time. Also, are you looking at the posted hours on google to try to plan your visit? Don't. They are not accurate and the owner does not update them. After 2 nights of trying to stop by and being told they weren't taking any more customers even though it was before closing, and trying to stop by on a Sunday afternoon, which google says they are open, only to find that they were closed. This place is a disappointment to...
Read moreNot too bad but not great. Had a bogo coupon so it can up to a total of 6$. It was my first time here and while it was quick service it would have been nice for them to wait and start after I had paid. They were halfway done with one by the time I was done paying. I also would have liked to add one of the three topping you get into the roll. Overall it was okay. You are mostly paying for the show and we missed out on one of them but did get to see the second. If you dont care about the show and just want ice cream, go to spend 6$ at the store and get two tubs for the price of their...
