He did a wonderful job fixing my 4 rings. Two of them needed the bands to be re-saudered and one of those two needed a Rhodium coating. The third needed the band to be re-sized, and straightened. It also needed a new small diamond to replace one that had fallen out and he put new tips on several prongs to prevent more from falling out. My fourth ring was my wedding band that had a channel - set diamond that fell out. He did a wonderful job selecting diamonds that matched the others in the rings. All four rings are shiny and perfect. He also had a wide selection of DVDs to choose from. My husband and I chose a few of those as well :) he gave me the best deal I could find. I recently made a purchase here and I have to say, this is the only experience I've ever had at a pawn shop that felt and I believe was completely honest, low pressure, and very fair. more than fair. My purchased product far outweighed the price I paid. There was no push back or hesitation when i asked to verify the genuineness of the product. Daniel not only was very friendly and helpful, he was also very patient and knowledgeable, and better still, recognized a little knowledge I had a well. My previous experience with pawn shops is they don't want to hear what you say, ask, etc, they just want to make the sale. I would recommend this shop highly. Everytime I have been in here I have always had a such a great experience! He is always kind and willing to try and work something out with you even if it's just for a couple bucks! I refuse to go to any other jewelry/pawn shop! He has always given me the best deals and the highest quotes. Especially compared to cash America which is just a complete rip off no matter what your reason is for being there! No questions ask definitely deserving of the 5 starts!
