RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've never been this upset. Recommended my Son to patron at SOFRA in Midtown for breakfast this morning. After asking how he enjoy the dining experience regretfully informed that after ordering he witnessed customers that arrived much later than his arrival was served first. This instantly angered me and I immediately called and asked to speak with a manager. I was placed on call with a manager named Chloe, explained that scenario and she said "I remember, they were here and ordered a side of pancakes" I replied, that is correct. Chloe then said, we were a little busy this afternoon and the reason for him being served after others was due to "pancakes" taking longer to cook. What kind of nonsense does that make. Since when does it take pancakes to take longer to make? Like I was born yesterday or was dumb. She did apologize for his order to be served late.
