Booked an appointment online through Samsung for noon on Saturday. This location was listed as an authorized Samsung service center, and I was promised a same-day repair. That seemed totally reasonable as it was just a screen protector replacement for my Galaxy Fold, and I pay for Samsung Care+ every single month.
But when I showed up, the guy at the desk told me they couldn’t help me at all because I hadn’t “filed a claim with Samsung.” Are you kidding me? I made the appointment directly through the Samsung Care website. How is that not enough?
Then he proceeded to tell me that using my phone would eventually ruin the screen anyway. That’s just flat-out false using my phone is not going to ruin my phone. "It happens to all of them eventually" he said. I really don't understand how that's relevant when all I need is a screen protector. And even if I had filed a claim, he said it would take six hours to replace a screen protector, which would push past closing time and leave me without a phone all weekend.
At that point, it felt like he was just trying to get rid of me. He clearly didn’t want to help and made sure I knew it. When I asked how to file the claim, he condescendingly Googled it out loud while holding my phone. Like how exactly was I supposed to look it up myself with my phone in your hand?
The whole thing was ridiculous. Terrible service, condescending attitude, and a complete waste of my time. I’ll be calling Samsung directly to make sure this gets reported, because this is NOT how customers paying for Care+...

From someone who’s been in customer service their whole life, I can truly say these two individuals blew expectations out of the water! Connor was very personable, professional, all of the things. I witnessed him give exceptional customer service to not only myself but customers before me. He gave honest advice while even giving his personal recommendations when he didn’t have to. As for Anthony, he handled my device with such care and cleanliness, that it shouldn’t go unnoticed. I can’t tell for the life of me where the damage even was because of how exceptional the repair was! I was also unaware that I get a screen protector added on from my claim and when I say it was placed perfectly.. I was more perfect than a perfect pairing of tacos and margaritas which this team DEFINITELY deserves. Give these two a raise, a free lunch, whatever you need to do to keep this team together because staff like this doesn’t come around often. Read moreI was told that I would pay 100 dollars less for getting a MacBook Air Laptop fixed if I got the Asurion Insurance due to spilling liquid on the keyboard. I then agreed and purchased the insurance and when I came back to pick up my laptop. I was charged the full price to get it fixed…I then asked why I hadn’t gotten the discount. He then looked at me like if I was stupid and said it wasn’t true. He then said it must have been another employee working there who told me this lie. The employee did not apologize or try investigating for why I was lied to…I then paid full price for an insurance I was manipulated into buying and full price for getting the laptop fixed. After picking it up I asked if it was completely fixed with no further issues so I could avoid coming back to the place that stole from me. He then stated that everything had successfully been fixed. I then went home and attempted to use the laptop only to find out that the keyboard still did not work. I then returned and informed them that the laptop keyboard still did not work. He then stated that they tried their best and that I would have to pay extra to get it fixed again..🤣🤣🤣 again no apologies….never going back. Wouldn’t recommend this...
