Universal Food Markets — Attraction in Orange

I went to this place and bought a bottle of Califa Almond milk. When I reached home the bottle opened so easily and to my shock there was no seal. I returned it and the cashier says Califa doesn't come with a seal. I told her no that's the milk I buy all the time only buying it at this establishment for the first time. She says I cannot be refunded, anyways I left. I returned because I had left my receipt and saw them putting the milk in their refrigerator. The cashier then said I am lucky because she place it in her garbage. Customer service is very poor and they sell food items that need to be checked out by the @health department of Essex County New Jersey. I wish I could have given a recurring negative star but unfortunately I can't. I lost my money...

The store is usually stocked when i go. Small produce section, they Have butchers on site, Frozen area could use some more attention. They have the basic cleaning needs. Lottery area and toiletries. They also offer cooking utensils and an international isle. Only bad part is its smells a bit weird by the loading/ delivery area and that is near some of the meat.

Update: the smell does hit soon as u get to the door but it does linger when you go to a certain isle. The shelves are stil stocked. Not bad for a grab...

Wouldn't advise anyone to purchaseany food there because the food looks very terrible and outdated. Their meat products looks very funny and looks unhealthy. Doesn't look fresh and presentable. Also, when you ask the cashier a simple question they just look at you like your stupid and project bad attitude. Very aggressive to haitian customer and are very rude to them Is this how business should run? I just wouldn't advise anyone to go there at all due to multiple bad...
