After being made to drive 1 hour to this location under horrible weather conditions because of the nearest store being temporarily closed due to the pandemic. I had the worst customer service experience i have ever encountered due to the color of my skin. The associate that had the displeasure of helping me had made a complete 180° from his previous customer who happened to be white. The associate seemed mad that i even asked him to bring out running shoes for me to try on. When he finally did bring both pairs that i asked for he stood a side at a distance starring at me like a hawk waiting for me to leave. Both his body language and his non-verbal communications said he was ready for the interaction to be over and he was distrustful of me. When i tried to get his opinion on what shoe i should take he looked down on what i was wearing and made a rude remark about the Yeezy's i was wearing, that is a $220 shoe for him to look down on. Everyone at the store was nice but the one meaningful interaction that i had left alot to be desired. Specially when i saw this associate be super friendly and knowledgeable to a guy the same age as me right before he unwilling helped me out. I spent over $240.00 at the store that day and for that much money i expect for every associate to be nice and courteous. I don't care if you hate people because of the color of their skin or have a very big bias opinion about them. You shouldn't be working in customer service if you hate people. I would have given this store a 0 if i had...
Read moreWent into the store to purchase two bikes for my children because I saw I had a Dick's coupon. Got to the register and went for my cell phone to find the coupon in my email. As I'm pulling up the email the store clerk says no that's for online only. He hadn't looked at the coupon and acted disinterested and extremely dry with a matter of fact type attitude. So I tell him that it says both and her persistently stated he was for sure they do not have a coupon for in store. Having my two children trying to ride two bikes out of the store and me trying to pay so we can all go for dinner reservations, I decided I didnt want to go back and forth with this guy who acted as if he didn't want to help me, didn't want to be at work and too cocky to accept correction or be wrong about a coupon that saves me money. Part two: called the store the next day after clearly reading the email. Spoke to a female who insisted on giving me excuses about why the guy from last night may have thought there's no coupons for in store and pretty much blamed me for possible not showing him the right email or not having a barcode. She talked over me and never tried to listen to the real reason for my call. She told me to JUST COME BACK to the store with the right barcode to scan and they'll take care of. No apology for the inconvenience of my time and the back and forth. Anyways this isnt the first and only poor service I've received at this store. I'm just so tired of people providing service based off how they've sized...
Read moreI give it less than a star, because on the past sunday on March 19th 2017, 45 min before closing. There was a specific lady who fixes the jackets on the second floor , she was very rude , everytime my husband woud ask for her Assistance or help, she would be very rude and not helpful at all. After that I went in line to pay , the hispanic lady helped me and she made me feel very comfortable. She was very nice, I think she was new because she asked the rude lady for help to help me with something I needed online, and I noticed more her changed when she saw that I spoke spanish , I can say that she was racist and she said to go to the end of the line, when I had waited so much, you can notice she was very racist. Then it really got to me, I spoke to the manager who was really nice and helped me through I told her what waz going on and she was very embarrased of what had happened, the store I like going there, but they do need to pay attention who works there, they can SUE the whole store for racism!! My experience this day was not...
