Lifted Smoke Shop Downtown — Attraction in Orlando

Pretty small store. It's hard to find parking close by the shop, especially since it is in the middle of downtown Orlando's streets that are lined with TONS of shops, salons, hotels, banks, businesses of every kind, and they cram those businesses tightly together!! It's especially hard to park near the shop on weekends or when events are going on-and not just in DOWNTOWN Orlando...I mean events, festivals, concerts, conventions, etc., anywhere in Orlando or even close to it. Downtown parking fills up quickly, and the prices to pay to park in lots or garages can be extremely high, so make sure you go during a slow time. Of course I like the hours of this shop, open late is my kind of smoke shop. I am a night owl, or for some reason, I seem to become desperate for new coils or a replacement glass in the wee hours of the morning. Lucky my, since most vape shops are closed when I need them. However, this one has great hours. Friday and Saturday: 8AM-3AM Sunday-Thursday: 10AM-3AM Their selection of glass and vape products leaves something to be desired. It's not the greatest, or anywhere near the largest, inventory to choose from. The prices were also very high for basically everything-compared to the other smoke/vape shops I frequent.

But at 3AM, can you really complain?

Their website says they have 7 different locations. I believe one of them is open 24/7, and I do believe it's the International Drive store. There is also one in Miami. Maybe their selections and prices are better at the other stores? I'll have to...

I work downtown, I came to pick up a vape tried them like they said I should, when I went to my job across the street I put them on the charger like the paper said in the box it came with. One didn't charge at all wouldn't light up showing its charging. took it back across the street to swap it out and the guy with the bowl cut and mole on his lip told me I should have tested it. I told it did work but it doesn't charge and there was no way to know that by testing it ? He told me he wouldn't swap it out and refused to give me any member of mgmts name or contact info. I wish I could give less than one stars. I have lived and worked down town for years and I ,nor my staff will buy vapes from here again. this place is a joke I get it if I came back the next day or hours later but I was back 5 min after purchasing.. This place is a joke don't get ripped off I will walk farther down orange to get vapes...

I will say never buy from here, i just spent 60$ on a product and when i went to use it that thing was instantly dead… i reached out to the store and they said no exchanges Or refunds and that i have to just eat it and can maybe get a discount if its okay. I talked to the ppl working there and spend $$$ there all the time and this is just terrible business i understand if it was my fault but if i walk out the store and try using the product 30 mins later and it doesnt work the BARE minimum i should get is the ability to exchange it not even asking for my money back. Thats terrible business and i will make sure i never purchase from here again. Which stinks because i live downtown and this place is convenient to go but i guess they rather tell people its not there problem and to eat a loss and offer a “discount” on your next purchase.
