LUXE Med Spa Aesthetics — Attraction in Orlando

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE! This was my first time receiving lip filler. Initially I was nervous because I had a horrible keloid in my lip from a prior car accident. However, Jamie was extremely patient and careful. She not only filled my lips to perfection! But was also able to shrink the keloid that grew a home on the right side of my lip. My lips look so natural and they are even and beautiful. As soon as the swelling went down my confidence shot UP! All the way up! I have relocated since my first time working with Jamie and I will always fly to her for my upcoming appointments!

Location: the location is in the heart of downtown Orlando. The inside is BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN! The COVID procedures were held up to perfect standards. The furniture and the balcony are just a wonderfully added plus! The balcony is open to all clients for whenever you need a quick get away. Ohh and don’t forget the complimentary mimosa you are offered prior to your service!

Customer Service: Both Jamie and her husband truly coin the phrase “the customer comes first!” I was seen directly at the time of my scheduled appointment. My follow up was scheduled directly after the procedure. Jamie also checked in with me to check on the healing process. Which I am extremely grateful for because she did not have to do that. Also, there were no hidden fees regarding pricing!

Everything! : This place is literally everything! Outstanding all the way around! I will always recommend LUXE Med Spa to all of my friends and family. I look forward to my next appointment. I’m usually a tough critic and this spa exceeded my expectations! I even bought the merch hahaha! I got a little crop top which is super cute and comfy. I also bought a cup which I love and use everyday lol. I think I may have become a low key super fan. Lol

*Edited to add proof of receipt/invoice from seeing a Plastic Surgeon, since they think I lied about that. I paid a $100 consultation fee to be seen by him. I also NEVER had the white bumps before that looked like that. The comment about finding peace is also snide and pretty hilarious - I don’t need peace. I’m allowed to be unhappy with services I received. Thanks 😊

I don’t usually write a lot of reviews, but I’m sorry… I was really disappointed with everything that transpired here. There was another 1 star review left by someone else who expressed my same concerns. Whatever was used in my lips has made them hard as ROCK. There were white bumps all on the bottom portion of my top lip. I was not happy at all and I now have folds on my top lip because it was over-filled. These are the conversations I had with Jaime, which cool, thanks for “attempting” to help, but I felt she got super defensive. I did end up going to a plastic surgeon who gave me samples to feel of the different types of fillers. He explained what should have been used that would make them actually feel like soft lips. My lips are still hard and it’s been over a month.

I see they have tons of good reviews, so more power to them… but I was not satisfied and have attempted to get 1/3 of my money back but clearly they don’t care about unsatisfied customers. They also unilaterally cancelled my follow-up, which was comical.

I posted pictures of the white blanching from the video I sent them of how concerned I was. I still have the blanching and white bumps. I also posted a picture of me squeezing my top lip because there were hard bumps there and it was SO painful to squeeze. Never again.

I’m sure they are going to write an essay response back to me regarding this, but I don’t care. I felt I paid to be botched and that’s my experience. I blame myself for not checking the syringes before I was injected, but I don’t blame myself for trusting the Google Reviews because I would have NEVER thought it would have turned...

Where do I begin? I am the happiest with my results. I have never been so nervous about something ever! I was between wanting them so badly, but not knowing if I was making the right choice or that it would even look okay on me. My lips now have boosted my confidence to a whole other level!✨ I have to thank Jamie for her expertise on knowing what will suit each individual better. The spa itself had such an amazing energy to it, the ambience, everything is put together so lovely so beautiful. Thank you to Manny also who had to deal with my crazy excited yet all over the place anxiety to just get these babies done 😍 I’ve been contemplating having my lips filled for as long as I can remember. I’ve been talking to Jamie for several months now, just letting her know that I’ll be on that chair soon enough.... one Friday after noon right after work I said, “you know what, it’s now or never, let me call.” & even though the spa was completely booked out, and even though it was literally me asking to come in at that moment, these two individuals made it possible for me. I told Jamie and Manny how much I was manifesting it being done in that day exactly and not even one hour later I was on my way to Luxe
