Their products and prices are good, the store is nice, and everyone I have dealt with has been great. Except for one of the managers Patrick, who had a member of his staff call me to ask me for more money and make the transaction more lucrative for the store. I used a physician referral discount, a store credit from a return, and CanPay. This manager thought his staff should have applied my store credit, then the discount (increasing my cost by about $30), then have me pay the difference which is not how retail works. I can't believe the audacity to call a patient on a Saturday night because you can't comprehend basic customer service and mathematics. I worked in retail for 10 years and how he became a manager is beyond me. Even after I tried to explain it to him multiple times, he still maintained his position until I had to finally hang up out of anger and frustration.
EDIT: Dropped from a 3 to a 1 because the Patient Care Team called me in response to my short email I sent at their request in the reply during dinner hours to lie to me and tip toe around any sort of assistance. There are plenty of other places in town to get meds, go...

From the phone call with Lauren in the Tampa call center to my first visit to the Longwood location it’s been a very pleasurable experience being new to mmj. Lauren was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She was able to get my information set up in their system for me, which made the wait time minimal. She was very informative and was able to answer my questions about what strains I should be using for my treatment. The staff at the dispensary from the security officer to Kelly that helped me inside find what I needed for my medicine and made very helpful suggestions as well as educated me. Read moreWe love MUV!! But we hate this location and you will too if you drive. The parking is absolutely non existent unless you want to pay. This area has the feel that you will be robbed or your car will be vandalized or towed at any moment. I was told by corporate that they do not reimburse for parking so consider that an extra expense to your order. Now there is a way around this and that is to find someone to drive you or ride a bike or walk. LOL, yea I know... I am not sure what MUV is doing about this majorly known issue, but it appears to be nothing. There are many reviews complaining about the parking but it seems like all of the responses from the owner dance around this issue and only thank the reviewer for their input.
