So...... Firstly the prices here are high. They charge craft beer prices for their normal offerings, and cocktail pricing for their specialty drinks, though I'm sure the rent commands they charge higher pricing. It's clear the vibe here is to be a sober "bar" with the pricing to match. The vibe inside is cool. Nice music going, great atmosphere, but for me the pricing isn't really worth it outside an occasional pop in. Especially considering my $7 cold brew I said I wanted black was only filled 70% of the way. The photo here of my drink is what they gave me, before I had any to drink. I didn't say anything because why....it should have been blatantly obvious to the barista that giving me a 70% filled cup is unacceptable, especially at their prices.

Visited Dr. Drip during their soft opening. They don't have their full range of supplies in and are still in the process of training staff, but the ambiance is delightful and the coffee is delicious. We ordered the iced Boo-Berry with espresso and a Cinnamon Crunch with Chai. I appreciated how the lighting inside was not harsh, but still bright enough to read. They have lots of mid century decor and paraphernalia if you like a vinage flair, miss your childhood home, or'd like to take a walk down memory lane. I'm excited to visit again after they officially open up, but in the meantime, this spot is a lovely addition to the Ivanhoe Village district.

Absolutely love this new spot! Love the atmosphere and how friendly the staff are. Bella and Cole went above and beyond and were so funny. My daughter and I had the iced Machiato with a maple syrup and salted maple cold foam. The cold foam wasSO DELICIOUS and made a massive difference. Initially only my daughter got the foam. When I tasted hers I immediately asked for them to add to mine and they did! Can’t wait to come back.

Cute spot but by far the worst drinks I’ve ever gotten. Ordered a mocha and it was so awful i had to give it back. Asked for a chai, which is on their menu, instead and they said they didn’t have that but could “put cinnamon and cloves in some milk and steam it” ……. Additionally, there was so much stuff on the coffee bar that just should not have been there. Stacks of paper, an employee iPad, an open cardboard box, etc. it did not feel ready to be open to the public. This does not feel like it’s run by anyone that has even a day of experience in food service. I hope it improves but I won’t be back for a...
