Air Force Fun Helicopter Tours — Attraction in Orlando

This was one of the best experiences my son and I have had together!! We chose tour 3. We were not sure how our son would do so we didn’t want to have him in the air too long; we wanted him to have a great experience so we didn’t want it to be too short either.

The Pilot: Manning (not sure if I spelled it correctly) was a gem! He was so kind, friendly, and very sweet! He talked to us the whole tour. He took the time out to talk to my son (he’s 8) individually ensuring he was enjoying himself and gave him some encouraging words.

Seating: I love that it was just my son and I. I know oftentimes you share the same space with others on rides, tours, airplanes, etc but this flight was just the pilot, my son, and me 😊. Of course my son wanted to sit next to the pilot and I would not have had it any other way 😊.

The Price: The rate is absolutely worth it!!!! Touring the theme parks and other locations from 1,000 feet in the air is a great experience.

Everyone here was so amazing and accommodating!! This place does require a minimum of two tickets. Tickets start at 35.00 for a short flight. Pricing goes up from there, but still all reasonably priced! I was alone here whole in Florida, so to avoid having to waste buying 2 tickets, I waited for another person to come and so we could fly together. About 3 hours later an amazing family of 5 came in and allowed me as a person to join, despite not being part of their party. I paid for my own ticket and for my own memorabilia. We went for the 60.00 tour which is about 9 minutes and it was great! We were able to see so many amazing places! The staff were super professional and fun to talk to. They take professional shots with a Nikon D5600, they allow you to purchase the pictures after the flight at very reasonable prices. 2 photos in a folder for 25 or email all photos and get the folder for 35.00! A fantastic helicopter tour operator.

They advertise flights from as little as $39 per person, and this turned out to be true. The introductory flight lasts about five minutes. They do offer more expensive packages for up to $195 per person which last about twenty-five minutes.

We happened to pass the office as we couldn't help but notice a helicopter hovering about fifty feet above I-Drive and then land on a helipad nearby.

We didn't require any reservations and within thirty minutes of entering the building, we were airborne.

The site operates two choppers, so wait times are short. Each helicopter had large windows around all the front and side of the fuselage, which offered all passengers excellent views of the surroundings. The pilot provides a basic commentary as you fly around.

When you return to the office, you can purchase professional photos that were taken prior to your takeoff. You're also welcome to capture your own photos and video during the flight.
