Last night my family and I decided to walk off our dinner by going to Fun Spot … It was a beautiful night so we expected the park to be packed. When we got there we realized we had not brought our annual membership cards. Breana at the front desk was so polite and helpful … so far our night at fun spot had started extremely pleasent. When we got to our first ride a young man named Luis assisted us. He saw how scared I was for my kid and ensured I knew they were safe. Our child had so much fun they wanted to do it again. As we waited in line other children showed up and he carefully measured them and gently and politely explained he was too short and pointed at other rides they would try (I was extremely impressed he took the time to care about a child’s feelings). We then continue on to the next ride and encountered Jose … WOW … Just wow. The way he made us feel as parents … these rides are scary for me to see my adventurous and outgoing child gleam in joy at the thought of taking wild adventure rides and have the attendant realize … I as a helicopter mom (as our children like to call me) was worried …. He reassured the seatbelt was secured and even went back a third time to check!!! He also amused all waiting by making the most perfect Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck voices I had ever heard!! … The positivity continues ….. Neeman … what a young man full of joy! Without using many words he joyfully interacted with my husband and I and made the experience for our child extremely joyful!!! As we waited we decided to grab a drink and saw a you lady named Malaysha (I may have spelled it wrong) cleaning the food stand …. By now it’s 11:15pm!!! And she is taking such pride cleaning her area …. You can tell she’s young but the pride she takes in her job clearly shows she’s going places in life!!! I felt guilty interrupting her but wanted to purchase water for my family …. She eagerly assisted us with such a smile and returned to complete her task. I was just beyond impressed. I had to speak with a manager. I went back to the front and asked to speak with management. Once again Breana (I’m sooo sorry if I spelled it incorrectly) assisted me … concerned of my satisfaction she asked if there was anything she could assist us with … I explained I was impressed with how polite and hard working every single encounter had been and needed to give kudos to the management team and give everyone a well deserved compliment. Within minutes I got to meet Tony and Tim! Fantastic service! They were so polite and kind …. And complimented their team and gave them all credit and later on we saw them going to their team members and thanking them for their hard work! What leadership!!! These two men were not only the managers on duty but lead their team with encouragement and kindness!!! Bravo! As a family this place was enjoyable and incredible …. Because of the employees who work here. Fantastic job hiring team!!! I apologize for...

Read more9/15/24: I took my kids here and it started to rain after an hour at the park. We went into the Gator area to look at gators for the first time here. There are more than 100 gators of all different sizes. The kids enjoy the tour. I am glad they have many tents and sheltered places to hide under the heavy rainstorms.
8/5/23: I took my two kids (42 & 46-inches tall). Ride for riders are based on height. My friend got us discount tickets at $25/ticket during their anniversary promotional sale last month. I have to give this a neutral three stars.
Was it worth it for the kids? Yes at the price of $25/ticket, but definitely not for its original price for my kids’ heights. My kids did enjoyed some rides but was not able to enjoy all the rides they wanted to go due to height restrictions.
My 42-inch tall little man likes the kiddie rides and there were about 12 (including splashpad) that he is allowed to ride on, but 3 of the 12 rides were closed down, (no attendant), and there’s only 4 of 12 rides that he was allowed to go on his own without adult supervision. Which meant I had to go onto the kiddie rides that required adult supervision such as the merry-go-around, Ferris wheel, water bumper boats, the kiddie roller coaster, and the house with the obstacle course or maze. (Being on the merry-go-round always give me a terrible headache.)
My daughter who just made it to the independent height to ride the bumper car were allowed to ride on her own during the day when the first attendant was there. She came back later in the evening to line up to ride the bumper car but a different attendant was there. This attendant didn’t assemble the height measurement stick properly being half an inch off and that made my daughter not qualify to ride the bumper car on her own and I had to go with her. My daughter was very upset about that.
Food was typical American junk food that only makes people fat and fatter. No vendor offering healthy food choices.
This would be worth the money if my kids are at least tall enough to enjoy the...
