I cannot say enough good things about this company and everyone that works here! Unlike the other jewelry buyers in this mall that were trying to give me pawn store prices, I immediately knew Edward was giving me a fair price of more than double the competition for my 14k, white gold, diamond ring. Not only did he talk to me like a human and not a price tag, he showed me the market value and what he would make. He was spot on with how much the ring originally cost without me saying a word! He was completely transparent and very kind to share his knowledge.

Now let's talk about all he did work wise

He took all the time I needed to ponder different ideas and look over designs for a new ring to be made from the diamonds in my old ring at a later date. I mean ALL the time, he even sent me home with a link to do more research if I wanted. He also helped me come up with a ring to symbolize my two children. They had horrible clashing birthstones so he generated the idea of using their shared zodiac stone- black onyx. It doesn't stop there. He surprised me with black DIAMONDS just to make it fancier! I had a designer ring with a missing opal and also a beautiful cultured opal in cheap ring. He first tried to dip the cheap ring but didn't charge me when it didn't take. So then he took the cultured opal (stronger stone) and cut it to fit in the designer ring so I no longer have to worry about breaking my stone out. Upon picking up my rings (done in less than 3 weeks), I had planned on leaving a watch for a battery repair but, can I just say, that thing was changed and back to me by the time I was done paying!!! I've been waiting nearly a decade to do what Edward did because I wasn't able to afford commercial jewelers and I wanted to do something unique... he made it ALL possible, he made my two most important jewelry pieces a reality. I literally cannot say enough good things and can't wait to see what he makes...

First, let me just start by saying don’t look any further for a jeweler. Ed is your guy. I spent months looking for diamonds and settings and Ed never made me feel pressured or that I was being a burden. When I asked to take a look at some diamonds in my particular shape and characteristic ranges, he had them within 24 hours for me to view. When I saw a setting I liked but the diamond shape wasn’t the same as what I wanted, he simply said “I can do it”. Ultimately I didn’t purchase my diamond from him only because I was looking for pear shape and the proportions of the ones he had available were not what I was looking for. However, I did purchase a diamond elsewhere and he happily agreed to mount it on a setting for me no issue. We discussed a custom setting together, something that didn’t exist as far as I could search on the internet. Ed designed the ring in 3D software for me to see and when I went in to talk to him about moving forward he even had a 3D printed replica for me to see as well. After the ring was beautifully made, I brought in my diamond to have him mount it and watched as he meticulously worked to set it in place, all the while stopping to show me his efforts and receive my input. The ring came out stunning and I highly recommend Ed for any of your jeweler needs. His shop is a friendly family run business that is a pleasure to do...

Edward and Co. is the absolute best. Backstory: I fell and jammed my finger about a year and a half ago and knew immediately it would swell, so I took my engagement ring and wedding band off right away and tried to give it time for the swelling to go down. It did, and I was able to get my rings on but I felt like they were too tight and was worried they'd get stuck. My band is engraved with our initials, wedding date, and our location (we got married at Halloween Horror Nights!) so I was always hesitant to get it sized up because I was super worried to lose the engraving. I went in and spoke to Edward and he was so attentive and kind and listened to everything I was concerned about. Not only was he able to resize both my rings to fit comfortably, but he was able to redo the engraving to save it. I am forever grateful and so happy I chose them; Edward and his team are so friendly and professional, and when it comes to something as important and sentimental as jewelry, having someone you can trust this much is invaluable. So happy to be able to put my rings on again and now my husband is jealous of how shiny and nice they look, so we'll be back to get his band cleaned up and polished soon.
