ASIAN EXPRESS — Restaurant in Oviedo

We've lived in the area for over 7years ... tonight was the 1st time ever order here...

Around 7:15pm on a Monday, we walked in the food court, they offered us bourbon chicken and orange chicken samples, both were super flavourful! (Think that classic bourbon chicken from your favorite mall growing up... straight up nostalgia)

Without hesitation, we ordered... 2x two meat plate with two sides. Both meals with bourbon chicken and orange chicken. They proceeded to make our meat options fresh to order from the kitchen (Not something you typically expect from a food court)! We loved it!

The food was just as tasty as the samples, super reasonably priced, and containers packed full!

Terribly customer service owners speak perfect English unless you have a problem and they suddenly forget how to speak. Female Asian owner ran my card three times and pulled money from my bank account then refused to give me my food even though I showed her in real time the money was withdrawn from my account. I left hungry and with no resolution. Absolutely unacceptable. The owners elementary aged children are in and out of the kitchen all day while the ovens are operating which has to be illegal on so many levels. Someone needs to look...

Delicious and fantastic service! We have eaten here several times now and always providing samples, great customer service, and fresh delicious food! Also extremely well priced, because they stuff those containers to the brim and the fountain drinks are much bigger then others in price comparison. They must be using fresh ingredients and cooking with fantastic ingredients because their food tops any chicken I have ever personally had at any other establishments. Better even then 5 star restaurants, in my opinion, and I do not often...
