I wish I was able to give a 0 star rating because I would. First things first. The food is absolutely overpriced and made with cheap materials while charging upscale prices. I have internal information from former and active employees of this so called “business” who have told me about the lack of professionalism, sanitation and legality that they have delt with. They never received any tax forms like a w-2 and there isn’t any record of their work to be found. The so called “boss” only appears on a picture in one of the TVs but is never there in person. She absolutely neglects basic needs for the restaurant like a properly working sink to wash dishes or any cleaning supplies. All the employees are provided with is a bottle of degreaser and a sink that barely works. think about all the built up bacteria and germs that remain on the materials used to make the food as they aren’t properly washed. I went there today and ordered two family boxes. The lady that waited on me said I can only get two sauces and the website said three. I was told I had to get the sauce on it and not on the side to dip when the website clearly says it’s a dipping sauce. I told her I wanted different kinds in one box and the other plain. We got home to see that she made the boxes exactly the same. Even though I told her I wanted different flavors, she made them both Oreo and fruity pebbles. I paid for different kinds, and she did what she wanted. The whole time me and my kids were there, it was bad customer service. She was on her cellphone the entire time, and got an attitude because I asked questions. She charged me $34 for two boxes, and neither was what I asked for. Our entire group agreed that these were the BEST CHURROS we ever had! I had the coconut option with the ice cream. It was the Perfect dessert, can't wait to go back and try the churro dog! Only potential issue is the wait, since there was only one worker. We all had to wait about 5 minutes for each individual churro dessert to be ready. Fortunately nobody was in front of us but the groups after had to wait longer. Recommendation to the owner - hire another worker and let them give out free samples when not busy. Sample bites of those delicious churros will fill up...
