Furniture Distribution Center — Local services in Oviedo

Be wary of the sales people at this business. My family and I came to this store to buy a kitchen table with chairs beginning of January. We were moving to a new home in February and were assured by Angela that we could have it delivered to our new home in February if we financed it, otherwise it would need to be delivered much sooner. So we went through the process of being approved for financing, led to believe that we would be paying the flat price we had on the paper in store. To my surprise, we were the told the price given to us on paper when we walked out the store in January apparently didn’t include tax, plus a $50 finance payoff fee, plus a $50 financing tax for a total of $140 extra after furniture and delivery/set up. The table and chairs are nice, but I’d scrap the whole thing if I knew this crap ahead of time. The delivery guys were very nice, but the table showed up with a big chip missing. I take back my good review. Cheep made. Poor quality. The delivery guys did a poor job putting this together. They Weren't going to say anything a balloon it until we first about it.After they returned the broke chase They brought back a new one, I showed the delivery guy and he apologize for his workers braking the piece. We had our Christmas tree up.So of course they didn't place the couch where it needed to be. After we took a christmas tree down we then put the couch In its place. It only needed to be up Pushed up a bout a foot.then left side of the couch Started squeaking, Every time you go to sit down on the left side it sounds like You're stepping on an old ship with crooked planks.. We called right away to let them know and they have put us off saying they will get back with us. Finally they did and said we need to take it up with the warranty department. So let me start of saying the service is good only for a sale. I order a Peter bed set and about two weeks later or maybe three my dresser mirror started to crack. Mind you I have no little kids haven’t even moved it. As I paid for not only delivery but setup as well. Upon check when they set it up they put the screw on the back of the mirror so tight that it created a crack. I called in spoke to David I thought ok they will help me. I was told send some pics I did, I was told the next day ok someone will call you now over the spams of two weeks I haven’t received a call no one pics up the phone.
