Feta Mediterranean Gourmet — Restaurant in Oviedo

Ever since 1998 I was always looking at this place wondering what was Mediterranean food all about but was too afraid to try it out plus the manager would always look at me every time I walked by lol. I always ended up going the old Pizzeria Regina across the food court. It wasn’t until 2006 when my wife introduced me to this amazing food that a door I never knew existed had opened! My life changed and I would always make every attempt to eat there. I would make up excuses to got to the marketplace/mall just to have their Lamb Gyros and Tabouleh . It was that place that I had learned how to properly pronounce the word Gyro. It was said to me like this ... (Yee-Ro) instead of G(i) -ro like how I first said it. I bet the staff has a hard time dealing with customers with this mispronunciation lol. Anyways just saying, this place is by far the best place to get Lamb Gyro and Tabouleh and trust me I have been across the country and world. I am glad they are one of the last remaining food court options from the opening of the mall. I think the smoothie bee is the other option still around just as long. I've sample the wraps here plenty of times while walking the mall and have always said I would eat there next time. Well, the next time I was at the mall, I saw a wrap sitting in the case and it looked good so I ordered it. The guy took the wrap and cut it in pieces which I assumed was to make it easier to eat which I liked as I was sharing it. What I didn't like was that he took one piece and placed it up on his sample tray. Yes, he took a piece of the sandwich I just paid for to give out as a sample. I was so shocked that I said nothing. I'm still in disbelief. The star rating of 3 is based on taking one star off for them giving away some of the food I picked and paid for. And the food...

Food delicious, service… HORRIBLE AND RUDE! The employee working obvious did not want to be there and based on reading these reviews from 1-2 years ago, it’s the same employee because they said the same thing I’m saying haha. He did not smile once, he was extremely rude in asking what I wanted to order, was rushing me, just overall very poor customer service. My friend and I almost walked away and didn’t order because of how rude he was. My chicken pita sandwich and fries was very good though. Probably won’t be back because...
