Heaven Sneaker Shop — Attraction in Oxnard

Mannn what can i sayy i made a trip today all the way from palmdale to the heaven shop i was originally just going to the valley but instead thought of going the oxnard way because i never been to the shop i get there and i was hyped i was going to leave that store with something fershure, so i spotted a “send em to heaven” black hoodie I believe it was like a 2T as soon as i seen it i locked eyes because i thought of my 2 year old i had with me in the moment i was really digging the hoodie, but i noticed right away it had white stains and some color stains, so i asked some male employee if thats the only black hoodie he had because i was really trying to buy it for my son. He said “thats all we have” (carelessly) he even ignored the fact that i pointed out that it had stains. He didnt even offer any type of help for the inconvenience. Didnt bother to look in the back atleast. The very very least he couldve done was offer me atleast a discount for the inconvenience. I think someone with customer skills wouldve rather seen me walk out with something than nothing. I wouldve even bought it even if he just discounted 5 dollars from the original price but, NOPE nothing. So i left. I was very disappointed to say the least. Poor product quality and poor communication. I preordered 2 sweaters took over a month for product to arrive. I randomly get an email saying your item was refunded but received 1 item almost 12 weeks later. I had to send a message on Instagram since they have no proper form of communication. They realized they didn’t refund me so I had to wait another few weeks for the refund. When I asked if there’s a chance for me to get the sweater since I never even got an answer as to why it was being refunded, they said no “it was preorder.” Did not appreciate this response since I preordered the day it dropped over a month ago.
