Brighton — Attraction in Palm Beach Gardens

I must say that the negative reviews of this store are completely baseless and unfounded, and must have been posted by one-time shoppers who were just in a bad mood and decided to place blame on the staff and/or the store. I have been a Brighton shopper since it first began, which sold at that time mostly belts and small accessories only in small boutiques. I still own some of those items after so many years. Their products are well-made, and certainly not cheaply-made. I own many leather handbags, including collectible handbags, which have stood the test of time.

Every single Brighton store is immaculately kept. I have shopped at Brighton Collectibles at the Gardens Mall since it first opened, and I know the current management and staff very well. They are my favorite staff of any Brighton Collectibles store EVER and the store manager and her entire friendly, capable, knowledgeable, and helpful staff run this store so smoothly and treat everyone who walks through the door as if they are family! I am so lucky to be a part of this family! I am so proud to be a Brighton...

Once again this past week, I was fortunate to experience another fantastic shopping experience at the Brighton Gardens Mall Store. This past summer, I realized that I'd misplaced a $200.00 gift card. Leigh Stone, assisted me and ensured that I still had the $200.00 available to use. Those closest to me, know that there is no gift I enjoy more then a "Brighton Gift Card". I have been an extremely loyal Brighton customer for years upon years. While shopping this past Sunday, in this magnificent boutique, Leigh took care of me and patiently waited till I found the perfect items to purchase for myself. Not only is Leigh extremely professional, she is pleasant and always greets you with a smile, as does every other employee in the store. I can't think of a better store to support...

Leigh Stone & Gail Tilley helped me recently with a purchase of a necklace that could hold charms so that I could make a customized piece with sentimental meaning. Leigh & Gail were a great team and very patient with me as we tried several different ideas. I am very grateful to them for their excellent customer service and fun personalities. Leigh has been helping me for over 4 years and is fabulous and has a wonderful eye for design and is a natural leader and problem solver. I had just met Gail and she was also lovely and helpful.
