My family had a great experience at the Lovesac store in the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Susanne was our saleswoman and was very helpful and professional during our time in the store. She made sure to answer all of our questions and was patient with our children. When we needed to make some changes once we got home and got a better idea of our space and setup she was a phone call away. Susanne corrected our issue quickly. The financing option worked very well for us and it’s very easy and quick to set up an account. The couch was not difficult but very time consuming to set up.
